Former townhouse with a view of the Royal Castle, fully renovated in spring 2023 and located in the heart of the historic center (1min walk from the shops on "Rue Nationale" and 4min from the Royal Castle).

The Logis Ambacia has been designed to offer you a unique experience, discovering the events and illustrious characters that have shaped the history of Amboise.

With its authentic old charm and its modern decoration, the accommodation can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people for short or long stays. A cosy garden equipped with its outdoor furniture is also at your disposal.

The Logis Ambacia includes :
- A spacious entrance serving the living rooms.
- A living room with a dedicated work space and a sleeping area (sofa bed 140x190cm with a real 16cm mattress).
- A fully equipped kitchen: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, induction cooker, hood, microwave, refrigerator, L'Or coffee machine (with capsules), kettle and toaster.
- Two bedrooms: a double Queen size bed 160x200cm and 2 single beds 90x190cm.
- A bathroom with WC.
- A second separate toilet with a washbasin.

Are included in the rental :
- A Wifi connection as well as Orange TV and Disney+ services,
- All the basic consumables to guarantee you a serene arrival,
- Bed linen and towels,

Loved our stay in Amboise and in this charming apartment in a very nice area. The hosts were very responsive when there was an issue with connecting to the internet when we first arrived. The area is lovely and everything close by and walkable. We felt very safe with a locked door at the street and another to the apartment. Be advised that there are steep steps to the apartment and more inside to the bedroom level. We loved the apartment and our time in Amboise- highly recommend both!

Wonderful stay in a perfect location!

The property was beautiful and very clean. The owners were gracious. The beds were a bit more firm than we are used to. The stairs are a bit steep for the very young or very old but we are American so we are not used to these older but fabulous homes. Overall, a wonderful stay for us! We would love to come back! The location is fabulous and the town overall was a joy to visit!

Overall, a great rental. Shower being downstairs from the bedroom was different but manageable. Parking was always available (with a little searching) and within short walking distance. Stairs outside are a bit treacherous, and more instruction could be given about clothes washer No dryer) and the range top.In a week, never could get the TV to work. Would stay there again!

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung - perfekt!

Wir haben die Wohnung für 5 Tage gemietet. Amboise eignet sich ideal als Basis, weil es im Herzen des Loiretals liegt und sich daher wunderbar zum Besichtigen der vielen Schlösser eignet, ohne viel fahren oder sogar umziehen zu müssen. Alle wichtigen und bekannten Schlösser liegen in weniger als einer Stunde Fahrt entfernt. Die Wohnung liegt im Zentrum von Amboise in einer wenig befahrenen Seitenstraße. Von dort aus sind die drei Schlösser in Amboise (Amboise, Clos Luce und Gaillard) sogar in je 10 Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen. Parken war kein Problem. Bäcker, Metzger, Supermarkt sind in 2-3 Gehminuten erreichbar (Achtung: Montags sind viele Geschäfte geschlossen). Die Wohnung befindet sich im Ober- und Dachgeschoss eines kleinen Hauses. Sie wurde vollständig liebevoll renoviert und modern ausgestattet, doch glücklicherweise ohne den Charme des Altbaus zu verdecken. Das Ganze wurde stilvoll kombiniert mit der modernen (und komplett ausgestatteten) Küche und dem wunderschönen Wohnzimmer mit seiner edlen, kräftig-blauen Wand samt Stuckdekor. Küche + Esszimmer im OG sind großzügig dimensioniert. Das modern geflieste Bad befindet sich ebenfalls dort. Durch eine steile Treppe erreicht man die beiden kleinen Schlafzimmer im DG, wo sich auch ein kleines WC befindet. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sofort wohlgefühlt und können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr angenehm und prompt. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen!
