Great location, heavily outdated
The location is very good in cronulla, it is 5 min walk to the beach and 8 min walk to the train station. Everything is close and easy to get to by foot. The apartment itself is very outdated and worn out. It is fine for a short stay. Longer stays are challenging

The location is pretty much the only attraction
We recently stayed at this apartment, which boasts a convenient location, being within walking distance of the beach and train station. The convenience factor was definitely a highlight. However, I must highlight some issues that significantly impacted our overall experience. Cleanliness Concerns: - The floors appeared unmopped, with visible grime. - Dishes were left uncleaned and grimy, which was disappointing. - Benchtops were unwiped, and doors, walls, cabinets & furniture showed signs of neglect. - Most concerning was the apparent cockroach infestation. Property Manager: On a positive note, property manager Peter was friendly and professional. His demeanour was appreciated (though I won’t delve into the peculiar $4.50 bottle of Riverside Landing provided “with compliments.”). Potential for Improvement: This apartment could become a cozy and welcoming space with some light maintenance and thorough cleaning. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously to enhance the overall experience for future guests.

Wouldn't stay here
I felt like this place had not had a good cleaned in a while. I saw signs of that in the kitchen, floors and all around. I pulled back the sheets and the mattress protector, the pillows (they were yellow) and mattress were very dirty. The photos were a bit deceiving, in that the dish washer was so old and probably had not been used in years, the items used to clean - such as mops and brooms - were very gross and the table and cushions outside were moldy, the rack to hang clothes was rusted, the list goes on. The highlight was the property manager was very good and very responsive. But I would NOT stay here.

Great location
Great location, beaches, walks, cafes at your doorstep. Cronulla train station minutes away. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here worth it for the location alone.
