Bella's Bayview - Esplanade position! Off Peak Special!

BELLA'S BAYVIEW is a 3 bedroom holiday home on the esplanade that accommodates up to 9 guests with excellent sea views and free Wifi!

Open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, freestanding oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine (BYO pods), dining area with table/chairs.

Separate lounge with TV, ceiling fan, reverse cycle split system air-conditioner, door leading on to large undercover front deck with outdoor setting and hooded BBQ. Combustion heater (BYO wood).

Games room with pool table, darts board, sofa bed and single bed, sliding doors to front deck.

Ducted evaporative air-conditioned throughout.

Ceiling fans in main bedroom and 2nd bedroom.

Bathroom with vanity, full size bath and walk in shower, separate w/c.

Laundry with front loading washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board.

Fish cleaning facility.

Pillows and quilts will be provided, you will need to take your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen , bed 3 - double, games room sofa bed (double) plus two single beds

Point Turton has an excellent boat ramp and jetty for those keen fisherman! There is also a general store where you can buy delicious pastries, take away foods, general grocery items, ice, bait and fuel. You can also enjoy a lovely meal at the Tavern On Turton.

NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond

Great spot for a quiet break

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This location was perfect for our long weekend stay, but would also be great for a longer stay. Although only my wife and I used the property, there was ample room for a large family or 4 couples, with everything we needed. Beautiful unobstructed views of the ocean. General store around the corner and supermarket in nearby Warooka, but both have limited supplies. Best to bring plenty with you. Very big fridge with freezer has plenty of capacity. Pool table/rumpus room great for kids, as is front lawn. Would be happy to return with entire family. Local pub "Tavern on Turton" has great food. Very quiet area. Walking track across the road. Some of the decor/interior is a bit dated, but everything worked well. Modern appliances including smart TV, aircon, combustion heater. A really great experience.
