The perfect place to soak up the sun, entertain family/friends, or simply enjoy a quiet moment alone. The villa also boasts a private dock, where you can spend leisurely afternoons on the water.


After you booking, please take some time to read the following information:


MCHECKIN/OUT TIME:
You’re free to check in anytime after 3PM. Make sure you check out by 11AM because that’s when the cleaning crew gets here.

ADDRESS:
The direction will be sent to you prior to your arrival.

SAFETY:
Always be aware of your surroundings when you go out. There are about 180 stairs down to the lake, though there are landings and benches, it may still be challenge for seniors and unfit persons. Watch your steps.

WI-FI:

The stove is an electric stove with an induction cooktop, and it heats up very fast. Please, DON'T LEAVE while cooking!!

Lovely time!

We had a lovely stay! It was beautiful and the lake was lovely. There were a lot stairs down to the lake though! A bit of a workout getting back from the water.

Winter getaway

Our family stayed at Xian’s for a winter getaway after Christmas. The view of the lake was spectacular. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces including the fire pit and walk 180+ steps down to the water. The interior spaces were perfect for a large Family. The kids enjoyed all of the games in the downstairs area. Wifi and TV were excellent. There was ample space to eat, watch tv, play cards.

Relaxing getaway with Family

Coming through the front door, the view is stunning!!!! You instantly feel relaxed. It was so nice for our whole family to be together in one big open area. Very spacious. The host was very gracious and answered any questions we had promptly. The waterfront had amazing views. We enjoyed doing morning yoga on the dock along with kayaking and paddle board. Although we would definitely book this property again, you should know that there are 180 steps down to the water. I went down 3 times a day and totally worth it.
