Everything was great, however, I would recommend to add a couple more chairs in the dining area, more coffee mugs and at least one pan for the oven. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and the location was great, liked the garage option too! We will definitely be back when returning to Atlanta

Perfect location. Frustrated that the coffeemaker was not working…saw in a previous review that it had been reported, and I assumed it would have been fixed, but it was not. Rooftop deck was a great spot to hang out and enjoy some down time.

Good location, great communication, loved the upstairs balcony space. Would definitely stay again. Only cons is bathrooms and rooms are smaller than you realize and its a little bit dusty in some areas.

Walking distance to most things which is convenient. I like how the contact-less check-in made the entire process seamless. I highly recommend booking this location for any business or leisure accommodations! Two thumbs up

Great location! If you’re not a stair climber this is not for you. May need a good deep cleaning. There was a lot of dust that was affecting our allergies but overall great stay.

The condo is new with modern furnishings and features. We loved the city view and stars from the rooftop patio. Lots of stairs helped us get a light workout. Host was friendly and responsive. A great experience.

Quick stay to see the Zoo and Aquarium

The property is just as pictured. The kitchen was well stocked. The garage fit our minivan but we had to back in to get it to fit (I'm just happy it fit). The neighborhood was quite, especially for being so close to the interstate and city. This was our 1st visit to Atlanta and I was very impressed with the property. Checking in - we couldn't find the front door. The garage is on the front of the house and front door to enter is behind the building. We called the property manager and she helped us right away! I wish the front door code would work the garage as well. 5 stars for the house, responsiveness, and location. PS - our 5 year old and 3 year old loved playing on all the stairs.

College football game -close to stadium

We picked this spot to be close to the GSU football stadium. There were many restaurants and a new Publix nearby. Construction on Hank Aaron Blvd was difficult to navigate since the residence is on a one way street. Very quiet at night. Used the garage to enter and exit. Wish there had been more body towels and some hand towels. Loved the rooftop porch!

Lovely unit

Unit is very new/nice -all amenities and very clean, though missing a hair dryer. It was very quiet. Lots of steps connecting 3 floors -fine for me - could be issue for some. Easy to get an Uber in this neighborhood. I’ll come back here again.

Loved the place!! The roof top balcony was such a bonus. Beds were comfy too. We arrived 5 minutes before check-in and had to wait 10-15 minutes before cleaning crew were finished. The cleaning solution used was smeared across the kitchen appliances and backsplash. And there was a decent size sticky spot in front of the oven which my socks stepped in, so im not sure what was going on. The black on the bottom of my socks makes me wonder when the last time the floor was mopped. W/D worked great but there wasn't any soap; thankfully i had some. My biggest issue was the coffee machine. I Need my morning coffee, so i filled the keurig with water and pressed start. The water went out the bottom of the machine onto the counter and floor. So, no coffee and a mess to clean up. Hopefully they replace it soon.The dishwasher doesnt dry very well, so it would be nice to have dish towels since we are required to wash and put up all the dishes. Drying a bunch of dishes with paper towels isn't the most effective.This was all communicated to our contact and they responded very quickly so thank you !Obviously minimal issues, and not enough to make us Not want to stay here again. It truly was a great place to stay and we'll be back

Atlanta Townhome

Pros:For the most part the pictures were accurate to the pictures posted online of the 3 level townhouse. We didn't use the washer and dryer but it would definitely be an added bonus if we stayed longer. The neighborhood was nice and quite and the home was comfortable for the short time we were staying. The modern aesthetic was nice along with the convenience of garage parking access. There was street parking as well that would be great if you travel with multiple vehicles. The property is located in a great location near many places to eat and right off of the highway. Cons:The instructions for entering the property were not clear at all. When we arrived it was late due to our out of state travel, so it was late and dark outside. The front of the property was not very clear on how to access and it was difficult to get in contact with the host. After reaching customer support for guidance, the host final called and didn't sound very welcoming as I tried to navigate entry to the property. There was an issue with the downstairs 2nd floor restroom, the host never responded to any messages. The TV remote for the 2nd floor did not work, even after changing the batteries. Majority of the property was clean and neat, however, the shower was not and was visibly dirty. Overall, not a bad stay, the home had plenty of space for the 3 of us and was located in a great location in the city. If the host was a little more communicative it would have been easier to navigate in the space.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- We reached out ahead of your arrival to explain there was a small issue saving your phone number to the door system, and tried to make sure you had everything you needed to check in smoothly.- The entry instructions note that the access code is for the front door (not the garage), and we’ve confirmed this is clearly communicated to all guests.- The concern about the toilet was first reported the night before checkout, and upon inspection after your departure, the toilet and TV remotes were found to be in working order.- We’re sorry to hear the shower didn’t meet expectations—we’ve followed up with our cleaning team to ensure this doesn’t happen again.Thanks again for your feedback as we continue to improve for future guests!
