You could quite simply spend all day lazing around on this large deck, taking in the unbelievable view with the sound of the waves lapping beneath. Lay back on the sun lounges, read on the outdoor couches, or entertain at the Weber BBQ and dining area.

Both living areas have large flat screen Smart TV's (85 inch 8k & 75inch 4K) connected to Foxtel, with 5.1 surround sound entertainment system in the main living area, and unlimited fast NBN fiber to the premises internet suitable for video.

The kitchen features Miele appliances, double dish drawer dishwasher, Nespresso pod machine, Breville Espresso machine, and is very well equipped for entertaining. A beautiful solid timber dining table comfortably seats 10 for meals together. Enjoy the crackle of the Jetmaster open wood fire during the cooler Seasons, which complements the ducted heating and cooling system throughout the house. A separate powder room services this main level.

The main king bedroom is also on this level, featuring stunning ocean views and direct access to the deck, and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower.

Down the wide internal stairway is the second living area, three further bedrooms and two large bathrooms - both with showers and freestanding baths. Choose from a bath with sensational ocean views, or one looking onto the private landscaped gardens.

The grounds include a signature Wye River craftsman stone staircase from the car park down to the house, including an outdoor cold water shower to rinse off sand and salt, and landscaped gardens featuring native plants attracting a variety of birdlife.

Cape Wye is a much loved couples retreat, family holiday home and friends beach getaway house.
