Thank you. We loved our stay
The house had everything we needed. Was so fabulous to be away from the busy-ness and have our time out. We even had a couple of koalas visit.
The cfa were doing a burn off over the long weekend - whilst important and totally understandable - this was disappointing as I suffer from asthma and wasn't prepared for the smokiness.

Thanks so much for your wonderful review of Gulah! It is a perfect property if you need a little time away from it all. We are glad the koalas paid you a visit to say hello! We are sorry for the ill-timed burn off and do our best to inform guests beforehand if we are aware of anything that may impact their stay. Thanks for your understanding.
My wife and I had a truly peaceful and refreshing stay at this beautiful location nestled in the middle of the trees. The setting was serene — waking up to the sounds of birds and being enveloped by greenery was exactly the kind of escape we were looking for to unwind. The property is located half way between Apollo Bay and Lorne, making it perfect for day trips along the Great Ocean Road. Whether you're after scenic drives, local food, or beach time, everything is within easy reach. And it was an added bonus to see kangaroos, kookaburras and cockatoos around the property.
Gulah offered our family the ideal mix of relaxation and recreation, situated in between the mountains and beach. We loved feeding the birds from the balcony, playing boardgames and cooking on the Weber bbq while enjoying views of the ocean on one side and valley on the other. The location was great, only a few mins away from walks in the Otway ranges, beaches and rock pools. We even saw a koala from the kitchen window. The house itself is simply beautiful, relaxing, very clean, well appointed and had everything we needed. Would love to stay again.
The house was light and airy, with plenty of space for our adult family of 5. Unfortunately the weather was unseasonally awful, with poor visibility due to cloud and rain, so the views were largely wasted over the 4 days. There was no internet, which added to our woes in the bad weather. (I'm sure our stay would have been more enjoyable in beach-friendly temperatures.) The birdlife was lovely, and we spotted koalas too.

Thanks for your review Annette. Sorry that you had trouble with the internet, it does definitely work, so I'm not sure what the trouble was during your stay. Hope you can come back another time and experience some better weather!
