With almost 3400 square feet of space, this villa features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. What sets this property apart is the exceptional privacy it affords guests, making it perfect for extended families or groups. The main home includes a primary bedroom with a spacious walk-in closet, a large en suite, and inviting living areas. The other bedrooms are located in 2 separate guest houses that are connected to the main house but have their own entrances. One guest house features a bedroom with an en suite, while the second guest house offers a bedroom that shares a full bathroom and a convenient kitchenette.

Other things to note: This is a fully furnished seasonal rental. Utilities are included, except for pool and spa, which will be billed separately if desired, with a monthly charge. Prices vary throughout the year, so please inquire with your dates to get the most accurate pricing.

This exquisite vacation dream home is now available in the prestigious PGA West Resort community of La Quinta. PGA West is renowned for its golf and resort living on the West Coast. The property is furnished luxuriously, equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, and features a private pool and Jacuzzi. The spacious rooms provide comfort and entertainment for you, your family, and/or friends to vacation in style.

For security purposes only, exterior security cameras (Ring Doorbell) are installed. The property has no cameras inside the home.

OUTSIDE PATIO and POOL
Step out onto the patio, relish your favorite beverage, and bask in the sun while enjoying the golf course's views at your fingertips. The private pool, spa, waterfall, automatic awnings, and other amenities are all available for you to indulge in. The property is just a short stroll away from the 1st hole of the Arnold Palmer Private Golf Course. The outside deck is equipped with a stainless steel gas BBQ and reclining lounge chairs for sunbathing.

INSIDE THE HOME
The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large island for entertaining and cooking your favorite meals. The property has a large dining area with formal seating for eight. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a beautiful en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a spacious deep soak bathtub. The property also offers free WiFi throughout, including the outdoor patio. The living room is illuminated by natural light pouring through the large windows, which provide captivating views of the PGA West golf course.

The community offers walking trails, tennis courts, community pools, and its own putting green, enabling you to practice before your big game. The property provides an all-encompassing resort experience.

Guest Access:
Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care.

To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location. Upon arrival, you'll find a lockbox on the front gate, which contains a key specifically for your stay.

Getting Around:
For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient.

Other Things to Note:
Free high-speed wireless WiFi (+50Mbps) access is available throughout the house, extending into the back patio and pool area. Cable TV is provided in the living room with a 55" HD TV. Netflix is available in all other rooms.

Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM.

To get there, use Jefferson, which turns into PGA Blvd. Follow it all the way to Jack Nicklaus Blvd and take a right to enter the gate. Provide your name and the property address to the gate attendant.

Please leave the trash on the side of the home. We have a company that picks up the trash on the side of the home. Trash pickup is on Monday mornings around 6 AM. If you have time, please strip any beds that you use and leave the bedding in the laundry. If you can start one load of laundry, that would be great, but if not, no worries.

Any guests not listed on the lease are subject to a $200 fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people who will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access.

Two bicycles are also provided upon request.

The golf course is private property. If you are not a paid golfer, please stay off the course. The HOA views unauthorized golf course access as trespassing.

The gas for the grill and the fire pit is connected to propane tanks. Please make sure you turn both off when not in use.
