We were in Huntsville at a dance competition and this property was the perfect escape. It is very close to Deerhurst and is a beautiful space. The photos/description of the property are accurate-it is a lovely place with a gorgeous view of the lake. It is very well equipped and spotless. Vince was responsive and instructions for check in and check out were very thorough. We will definitely book again if we find ourselves in the area in the future.
My girlfriend and I stayed here for two nights in mid-April and wish we could have stayed forever. It rained while we were there, and it was beautiful watching the rain on the partly-frozen lake from the balcony, making dinner in the well-appointed kitchen, and sleeping soundly in the extremely comfortable king size bed. The fireplace, HVAC, digital lock, and dishwasher all functioned flawlessly. Grocery stores, gas, and other shopping is within a 10-minute drive. Vince was very communicative and helpful, without being intrusive or overbearing. Truly a 10/10 experience!
The property was very comfortable for our family of 4. The host is the best host I’ve ever encountered - great attention to detail, very quick and accommodating, very nice and caring about making your stay enjoyable. The views from the rooms are gorgeous! The place was very clean and had everything for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!
Very comfortable two level chalet with working fireplace. Large picture window faces the lake. Entertaining to watch the changing light on the water and watch the clouds go by. Excellent golf course close by. A selection of restaurants or large grocery store within 10 minutes away. On the edge of Algonquin Park. Perfect spot to put your feet up and relax.
Absolutely great place. Clean and comfortable, with amazing views and everything we needed to make it a very pleasant get away. Highly recommend staying here, we’ll definitely be back.
Our family stay at this beautiful chalet, located at the Hidden Valley Resort, was excellent. The accommodations were fantastic and communications with the owners was always quick and easy. My family had a wonderful time and if we are ever in the Huntsville area again will certainly be using this vacation rental again. 5 stars all around. Cheers to the owners for making this a fantastic experience
We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary here and it was perfection. The lake view is stunning and so close to Algonquin hiking trails. The bed was very comfortable and everything you need is already here. The two decks give great options for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails.
This property is wonderful - cozy, clean, beautiful, and with a stunning view......quiet, and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need....beds are super comfortable and everything is updated and new. A perfect stay for two ski racers before a big race day:)
Our family had an overnight winter stay in this clean, cozy chalet. It is in an excellent location, conveniently located close to many activities and natural sites. Don’t miss the Deerhurst hiking trails just up the street. Vince was very accessible and responsive. Thanks for the many recommendations of things to do. Please note that the unit is on the second floor, so there is a staircase to reach it.
Visit was between seasons so can't comment on water or snow sports in the area, but, the chalet itself was absolutely stellar. A great place to hang out and relax for a much needed break. Host was pleasant, responsive and super helpful with information about the surrounding area.
This condo was everything we needed for our family of 4 to attend a near bye wedding. Vince was great to communicate with and instructions were very clear. The condo was clean, very well equipped and spacious. Will definitely stay again!
We were very impressed of the chalet. It was cozy, clean and had all essentials ie beach towels, kitchen ware. We enjoyed both balconies overlooking the lake and the privacy.
We look forward to staying there again.
My sisters and I stayed at this property recently and absolutely loved it. It was cozy, very clean and had everything you need (and may forget!). Vince was welcoming and fantastic leading up to our stay and his communication was incredible. The views are also beautiful here, not to mention, there are two balconies that overlook the water. We will definitely be back here.
Cute property over looking a lake ,5 minute drive to downtown Huntsville and golf courses, would recommend.
