About this property

Four Pines Lake house

This residential area is great for families with young children. It is heavily wooded and park like, nestled in Southcott Pines with private beach access you can walk to. It is a short drive to the main street in Grand Bend or a 10-15 min walk if you’d prefer. This chalet is very close to the village of Grand Bend with shopping, dining, medical center, live theater and winery nearby.

The space
The nearest access to the beach has stairs and is about a 5 min walk or a short drive with Parking.
The chalet has a large u shaped driveway with ample parking for up to 5 vehicles. Beautiful open concept home with cathedral ceilings in the main living and dinning room area.
Main floor has kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry, master, second bedroom, third bedroom and full bath (stand up shower, no tub). There is a gas fireplace in living room, not for use in the summer months.

Places of interest:
The village of Grand Bend is close by with lots of shopping, grocery stores, restaurants and activities for all ages. Playhouse theatre is a short drive away as well as the Dark Horse Winery with a beautiful tasting room. Lots of golf courses in the area, spa at Oak Wood Inn and Pinery Park has many activities for families of all ages.

Bed Sizes: 1 king, 1 queen, 1 double and single bunkbeds - linens are all supplied
Consumable items like toilet paper, paper towel, laundry and dish detergent, condiments and spices, will not necessarily be provided, if the owner provides, please replenish supply before you depart. Cleaning supplies will be provided.
Cottage is only rented weekly during July and August.

Four Pines Lake House

Our weekend at the Lakehouse was amazing!! Ashley was such an amazing host and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and so quick to respond. The cottage was so very nicely decorated and the walk to the private beach was so close and clean. We thoroughly had a great and relaxing time!!!

My goal is to make sure you have a great vacation and have everything on hand that you will need to make for stress free packing.

Why they chose this property

Great place for families or adults looking for a peaceful setting. Our lake house is a short 2 minute walk to our private beach and a 10-15 minute walk to the main strip of Grand Bend. Their are plenty of activities to keep you busy during your stay. Grand Bend has our own play house Theatre, Winery, plenty of golf and mini putt locations close by. A walking/biking trail that goes right to the Pinery Provincial park. If you are wondering about any activities reach out and I will be happy to go over more options.
