After your hike or cycle on the Bruce Trail on the Niagara Escarpment take a break in this modern open concept summer home with hot tub. Read a book in the screened in porch after a day working remotely with the high speed reliable wifi. All new kitchen with stunning quartz countertops and wood accents. A spacious fridge and new dishwasher for all the comforts of home. Excellent bakeries and dining in Kimberly or Markdale is closeby. Go on a waterfall tour at Eugenia and Hoggs Falls. Beach is 10 mins away at Lake Eugenia. Sauble Beach is a must see and an amazing day trip.

Incredible views of the valley on the wooded property. Outdoor fire pit. Beautiful private deck with hot tub. Spacious primary bedroom with gorgeous valley views. 2nd bedroom with 2 queen beds. 3rd bedroom with queen bed with barnboard accents and valley views. 4th sleeping area is in the bonus room/office. It has a fold out queen bed (not a pull out) so it's super comfortable and privacy with stunning walnut sliding doors. Laundry facilities are on site but please only do small loads as required since we are on a septic system with a well. We DO NOT have child proof guards on the electrical plugs or baby gates in place. There are two steps down into the main living room which opens up to a beautiful screened in porch with sliding doors for peace and quiet. There is a main bathroom with shower and large vanity, also a powder room with live edge vanity. The Coffee/Bar area has beautiful honed granite counter tops, microwave and an extra fridge. The den/office has a small desk for anyone doing remote work or can be the perfect hang out space for the kids with bean bag chairs, TV, and a comfy low profile couch.

Garbage must be taken to the bins at the driveway before guests leave.

Exactly what we were looking for! Beautiful set up and property. Neighbours but enough privacy not to notice. We were looking for a place that would give us a retreat from the city and a busy summer and this did it. Owner was wonderful and quick to respond to all our questions. Definitely recommend

This property is beautifully renovated, comfortable and spacious. It is bright and open concept. It is tastefully decorated and has all the modern comforts of home! It is perfectly situated on a Bluff over looking the Beaver Valley.

What makes this property unique

Stunning views can be enjoyed from the bug-free screened in porch which has lots of seating. Play board games or read in this comfortable bonus space with the gentle breeze through the trees. The Bruce Peninsula offers the Bruce Trail, lakes, biking, beaches are close by, 30 mins to Colllingwood and Thornbury and 50 mins to Sauble Beach for amazing day trips!
