About this property

Quiet ground floor apartment, views from the living room are towards the garden area with exotic plants providing shade and privacy to the unit. There is a back patio, very private, where it's shaded most of the time, can be used for morning yoga, exercising, kids playing.

Apartment is equipped with mesh throughout the balcony doors and all windows in order to keep bugs out, if all windows and doors are kept open there's a nice breeze created.

Building has a lovely rooftop pool, with plenty of lounge chairs, a hot tub and BBQ place if you ever want to host a party.
