Welcome to Tyra Aspen #8 in the heart of Breckenridge! Enjoy the beautiful scenery at this stunning four bedroom condo located at the on-mountain Tyra Aspen complex, just steps away from the Snowflake ski lift. Surrounded by open space and wetlands, this condo is finely decorated and has all the amenities.

This is the perfect location for all seasons! The complex is located between the Snowflake and 4 O'clock Trails and just 4 blocks from downtown. Enjoy soaking in the on-site indoor and outdoor hot tubs. Or relax in front of the fireplace after a day of exploring. The open layout makes it easy for the whole family to be together. The dining area has seating for six, plus 2 bar seats, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals.

The first floor primary bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom. It also has a private balcony with Adirondack chairs that look North over towards the 4 O'clock Trail. Also on this floor is the bunk room that has its own flat screen TV for DVDs only. You can travel a little lighter, because Tyra Aspen 8 has its a private washer and dryer right off the second bedroom.

Upstairs you'll find the third and the fourth bedrooms along with a full bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed and boasts another private balcony. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds.

Whether you're skiing, snowboarding, hiking, biking, shopping, or dining, Tyra Aspen 8 is the ideal location to enjoy a relaxing and convenient vacation.

3 minute walk downhill to Snowflake chair. After an overnight snowfall we could ski right back to the front door. Kitchen had nice supply of spices, etc. retained from prior guests. We would be glad to stay there again.

4 days of skiing

There were 4 adults staying at they unit. It was nice we each had our own room. The kitchen had all the tools for cooking and baking. We had use of the in and out door hot tubs. It was a short walk across the street to catch the chair lift each morning. It was also great to ski home at the end of the day with the same short want. back to the condo. The place was clean. There are two flights of stairs to get to the unit. It was fine for our group and we still have a little youth to us. Location for waling downtown was not that far of a walk. Easier to walk than find parking downtown. Thanks for the use of your condo.
