Enjoy direct views of Biscayne Bay, Miami Beach, and Heart Island. With South Miami Beach 3 miles away you can indulge in the sun of Miami Beach while still feeling the energy of downtown Miami, giving you the ultimate Miami experience.

Please Note: Lobby Renovations in Progress

The building lobby is currently undergoing renovations. While the work is ongoing, full access to the building remains available—though navigation may be slightly confusing at times. All businesses in the lobby are open as usual.

To assist you, clear signage will be posted to help guide you in and out with ease. Rest assured, no noise from the renovations can be heard from inside the condos, and your stay will not be interrupted in any way.

Residential Swimming Pool is temporarily closed for necessary repairs and renovations. During pool closure period:

***The Jacuzzi, along with the remaining Pool Deck and Solarium, will be open and accessible during normal operating hours for your continued enjoyment.

***We are pleased to announce that, through our special arrangements, a limited number of residents and guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the Pool at the Marriott Hotel. We have secured a limited number of passes per day and will be offered on a first come first serve basis.

***Pool passes for the Marriott Pool will be available at the DoubleTree Front Desk, recently relocated to the RG Level in the Key Largo Meeting Room.

***Please note that the Marriott Pool passes are not personal and must be returned to the DoubleTree Front Desk after each use so they can be reissued to other residents and guests. This helps ensure fair and continued access for everyone.

***The number of available passes will be monitored and adjusted based on demand.

Located on the 18th floor and facing East and North, Walking on Water! is a 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom retreat that offers Biscayne Bay, Miami Beach, and Margaret Pace Park views from its private balcony. With over 1700 sq. feet of living space, it’s the perfect getaway. Walking on Water! accommodates a maximum of 4 adults + children (15 years of age or younger).

As you stroll down the corridor of Walking on Water!, the emotion of joy this condo elicits go beyond what any photographs could capture. The panoramic views of the water envelop you. We understand the urge to dash towards the balcony, to bask in the Miami sun and immerse yourself in the vistas that stretch in every direction.

Indulge in the living room, adorned with a leather sectional that welcomes you to unwind after your days and nights in Miami. The 65" Roku streaming TV offers entertainment options from Netflix, Sling, and a library of movies and TV shows. However, prying your gaze away from the view might pose a challenge. The living room boasts a spacious layout, enhanced by its corner location. From here, you can gaze out over Margaret Pace Park and enjoy waterfront vistas that encompass Biscayne Bay, Venetian Marina, Miami Beach, and even extend to Heart Island to the north.

In case you find yourself needing to attend to any work matters, a convenient desk awaits you in the living room. While you sit and work, the views of water from all angles might provide a pleasant distraction.

The dining area exudes an air of modernity. The dining table, which seems to almost float, accommodates six guests. The combination of acrylic chairs and ornate throne chairs at the ends adds a touch of royalty.

The open concept kitchen is fully equipped to facilitate your culinary endeavors. With a Publix grocery store 1/2 block away and restaurants in the lobby, dining options are plentiful. Additionally, the washer/dryer in the front hallway entrance ensures that the inconvenience of carrying back home dirty laundry is eliminated.

The master bedroom features a king bed that beckons you to relax after a night of revelry, strategically placed to capture the views you envisioned waking up to. A 55" Roku streaming TV awaits, offering Netflix, Sling, and countless TV shows and movies. The master bedroom boasts a private balcony, inviting you to bask in the warmth and ocean breeze of Miami. A walk-in closet with a full-length mirror and a cozy sitting area grace the hallway as you approach your private bathroom. This nook is an ideal spot to prepare for your days and evenings filled with exciting escapades. In the bathroom, a separate walk-in shower and a Roman tub await. A generously sized mirror is positioned across from the Roman tub.

Nestled off the living room, the second bedroom boasts a king bed and access to the balcony, allowing the Miami breeze to sweep in from the water. The views are nothing short of spectacular. Equipped with a 55” Roku TV, this bedroom offers an array of entertainment options, including Netflix, Sling, and free TV shows and movies.

Adjacent to the second bedroom, you'll discover a second full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.
