This Self-catering apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom and plenty of amenities for a comfortable stay. Both bedrooms are furnished with a queen-sized bed and ceiling fans, promising restful nights after days spent exploring Cottesloe and it`s surrounding suburbs. You`ll find a laundry room with a washing machine & dryer located next to the kitchen as you walk through to the Living area. The well- equipped open plan kitchen and living room allows you to cook a meal while still being part of the conversation or enjoying the panoramic ocean views. Step out onto the private balcony and you`re instantly greeted with a refreshing ocean breeze and the stunning view of the Indian Ocean. This apartment offers a unique blend of luxury and comfort, making it the ideal choice for those looking to experience the best of Cottesloe`s coastal lifestyle.
You will have access to all areas of this apartment. The carpark and refuse area are shared with residents in the complex.
I will always be available to you should you need anything and I provide my mobile to all guests Incase of emergency.
There is a bus stop next to the complex, on Eric Street and the train station is a 20 minute walk from the apartment should you wish to venture further afield. -Smoking & Vaping is strictly prohibited in all areas of this apartment including the balcony. Any evidence of smoking or residual smoke smell on the checkout inspection will incur additional cleaning fees. -Parties and gatherings are not allowed. -Please respect our neighbours and keep noise levels down. Quiet hours 9pm-7am -A damage deposit is required. The property will pre-authorise your credit card 2 days before arrival. This will be released within 7 days after check-out, subject to a property inspection. -No pets are allowed in the property. -Please take care of the apartments as if it were your own and ensure that all facilities are kept in good order. -Respect the privacy of other residents in the complex.
