Nestled between the bohemian Bronte and bustling Coogee beach, and overlooking Gordons bay, youre perfectly located to reach the best restaurants, the most unique boutiques, and laid-back coffee shops that can be found in the Eastern Suburbs.

Gordons bay is a delight to explore. This is a fantastic secret spot for a bit of snorkelling or swimming. The larger Clovelly beach itself is delightful, with a local charm and family-friendly vibe, welcoming the most reserved of travellers to explore its crystal waters and golden sands. Enjoy the laid-back atmosphere at one of Coogee and Clovellys many trendy cafes, pubs or restaurants, or take a short walk to start the scenic Coogee to Bondi coastal walk for an enviable day out.

Serving sensational seasonal fodder, Tucker is the perfect place to grab a casual brunch or a grab-and-go sandwich for your explorations.
Clovelly is situated only a minute's drive to Coogee and Bronte Beaches, and a stones throw to the Famous Bondi Beach with all its restaurants and bohemian coffee spots.


There are great public transport links around this property, and youre welcome to bring your own car. If you don't have a car we recommend a number of car-sharing apps such as Uber and Taxify.

Please be mindful of our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.


Maintenance & Booking Policy Note:

We are committed to providing efficient maintenance services. However, please be aware that we can only attend to maintenance issues during regular work hours. Callouts cannot be confirmed on weekends (Fridays 4 pm - Monday 10 am) and public holidays, as well as outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am, Monday-Friday). We understand the importance of prompt repairs and will respond to all requests within 24 hours, arranging tradespeople during work hours.

Our deposit policy requires a 50% payment at the time of booking, and credit card transactions will have a non-refundable fee of 3.5%.

The security bond will only be held through pre-authorization 1-2 days before arrival. Depending on the property's size, this pre-authorization hold will range from $500 to $2,000 and is required 1 day prior to arrival. Selected properties may request guests' IDs for verification.

To avoid credit card fees, guests can opt for bank transfers for payment. Please inform the host in advance if you will use this payment method.
