A charming 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home on Brougham Street, located in the heart of Bendigo. This beautifully maintained home is perfect for families, friends, and couples who want to experience the best of what Bendigo has to offer.

The Space:
As you step inside, you'll immediately notice the abundance of natural light that fills the entire space, making it feel warm and inviting. The living room features comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The vintage brass kitchen faucet adds a touch of character to the modern kitchen that is equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal. The dining area is a great place to gather and share stories over a meal.

The three bedrooms are all elegantly decorated with comfortable beds and plush linens, ensuring a great night's sleep. The shared bathroom features beautiful forest green tiling and glass door shower, making it easy to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

But the real highlight of this home is the backyard. Our beautiful garden is perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee or tea while taking in the peaceful surroundings. The outdoor seating area is perfect for alfresco dining and enjoying the sunshine.

Our home is conveniently located just a short walk to Bendigo's CBD, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops to explore.

Guest Access:
Base price is for two people (1 room). Access will only be provided to rooms that are booked and paid for. If cleaners find that unpaid beds were used, an extra cleaning fee will be incurred. Please choose the number of guests when checking availability/pricing.
