I was very disappointed that upon arrival of our rental, we were unable to get in. Starting at 4PM, my sister tried to get into the house with the code and was unable. My family and I weren't expected to arrive until 6 PM. I quickly pulled over and put in a call to someone at KEES to have them assist them. They gave them a new code to enter. They said it didn't work. I told my sister to go out to dinner until we arrived to see if we could help make it work. We were driving from Poughkeepsie, New York (9.5 hours away) and my sister was driving from Interlachen, Florida (10 hours away). When we finally arrived a maintenance man also arrived. He tried to get into the front door to no avail. It was cold and rainy and after a long drive we were all anxious to get inside. I also had my 90 year old mother with us and she was worried, because she needed to go to the bathroom. This experience was very nerve wracking. I asked the woman from KEES, what would happen if the maintenance man was unable to get into the house, and she said that they would try to relocate us to another similar house which was about an hour away. Not going to lie but this was very frustrating. We were tired from our drive to begin with. What was very disheartening was that prior to our visit, I contacted KEES via phone and email several times to make sure we would be able to enter the home. I didn't want any issues considering our long drive, the comfort of my 90 year old mother, and that it was a holiday.
