Everything we needed..

Ann was great with communication throughout our booking and stay and included little touches that made all of us (our kids - 9 and 12 - included) feel welcome. The property was clean and tidy, and exactly what we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay again!

Lovely renovated cottage easy walking distance to Sawtell main street and beach. Great beds. Nice yard and pool. Excellent kitchen and bathroom. Would definitely stay again if I am visiting Sawtell

A great renovated house in a great location and within walking distance to the beach and the shops. The house had everything we needed and the pool was an added bonus. Ann was a great host and excellent communicator. We had a great time and will definitely stay again in the future.

Very relaxing and comfortable stay with lots of special touches.

The property was very clean, very comfortable and contained everything we needed for our stay. The bathroom and kitchen has been renovated and are amazing. The pool was an extra bonus, a lovely backyard and lots of special touches like wine on arrival, Netflix, chocolates and access to fridge items. Our boys had a wonderful time and all in close proximity to the Main Street with fantastic cafes and restaurants. We would love to stay again!
