Enjoyed the fire pit

Great location between Savannah and Tybee Island. Neighborhood was quiet. Boat parked in front was obstructive when pulling out of driveway.

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean, quiet neighborhood. Loved seeing the boats every day. We needed more instructions on trash, key entry and tv remote.

Please have owners purchase a real couch. The furniture in there currently is meant for little people. My 5’2 little Asian sister in law even said the furniture was sad. It’s like trying to get up from the ground. Also, invest in some curtains or blinds. The master bathroom has none. No frosted window. We had to place pillows and cardboard in it to avoid people seeing in. There is some type of nature trail directly behind the house and people can clearly see in. Suggestion - store the outside cushions inside when not in use. Couldn’t use furniture has it was all soaking wet. The electric for the guest room with queen bed was not working when we arrived. We reset the breaker but it kept tripping constantly. My sister and her husband had no electric in there 95% of the time. Suggest having it professionally looked at. Maybe go to goodwill and purchase some more dishes and cups for the kitchen also. Overall we had a wonderful time spending time with family. It is a cute house. Just needs some TLC and misc. items. But the couches….smh….Lol.

Started out bad

1. Walked in and found that the cleaning hadn't been done. Called Host and cleaning crew came over and finished around 9:00 PM 2. Advertised as 6-8 people and only 4 place settings only 3 dining area chairs 3. Awning cover over deck needed to be reattached 4. 1 bedroom had no night stands or lights. Host did purchase 2 lamps to use 5. The couches in the living room were not high enough to accomodate older people. 6. Main furnace was inop the first 2 days 7. Trash can area had trash strewn over the ground 8. Air handler filter above thermostat filthy 9. Bath room sink leaked onto floor. There was a bucket under the drain so owners were aware of the problem. 10. Next door neighbor banging on door wanting the deck lights to be off, a basic JERK

It was nice

Well the garbage with the side of the house was shredded you couldn't take the trash out couldn't didn't have nowhere to put it. The tea there was no TVs in the bedrooms none of them the fans in the bedrooms did not work once you turned off the light there was no remote to turn on the fan but overall I mean it was nice it just I mean we like TVs and we like to have a fan at night when we sleep
