Walk 15 minutes or drive 3 minutes to Harrys Lookout, Shelly Beach, Sea Acres Rainforest Reserve, Lighthouse Beach local corner shop and cafe. Port Macquarie CBD approximately 7 minutes drive. LAY-OUT
Single level home. Living area with lounges, TV area wood fire. Adjacent to the lounge and kitchen is a study and reading nook. Full functioning family kitchen opens up outdoor covered back deck and cubby house in the side garden. The deck stretches out along side the house and lounge room with pool area located at the front end.
Laundry with washing machine and dryer and wine fridge.
Down the hallway are the bedrooms. Bedroom 2 and 3 share the main bathroom with vanity, separate toilet, shower and bathtub. Bedroom 1 and bedroom 4 share the ensuite which is a 2-way bathroom, accessible from the master bedroom and the rumpus room (aka bedroom 4).
The converted garage rumpus room features a second TV, lounge area for children

Linen is provided, Your beds are made, no need to do chores upon arrival, all you need to do is rock up and enjoy yourselves. Please bring your own beach towels.

Great array with family

Fabulous place!

We had a fabulous time at this beautiful home and & made full use of the pool and spa. It was a short drive to the beach (15-20min hilley walk) and into town. We enjoyed watching the roos from the deck. Lots of lovely fairy lights made dinner on the back deck with the family extra special. The kitchen was fully stocked. Beds were comfortable, I loved the actual doona covers. Showers were hot and powerful. The aircon is only in the study but blows into the lounge room. There are fans in most bedrooms. But there was always a breeze, so we didn't really need them. For those keen on privacy, the windows overlooking the pool from the neighbours' house in the photo are actually ceiling level windows for light, so no one is looking out of them. The back deck and spa is partially visible from the roads and houses behind, but it is a relatively quiet area, we did not feel uncomfortable at all. We were confused by some of the descriptions in the ad however. The house is single level. There were 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds. One is a converted double garage, lots of room and bean bags, and windows opening up onto the pool and a tv which is a great place for teens to hang out. (But couldn't be used for parking). Netflix is only available for guests to log into their own accounts if they have one. This is a fabulous, charming house, and none of these inaccuracies bothered us at all. We had a wonderful time and created some special memories!
