O ap é bem localizado. O proprietário é bem atencioso. O prédio é seguro. Tava tudo limpinho. Porém fui surpreendida pq não havia roupa de cama nem de banho. O fogão está em péssima condições, o forno não funciona. Falta muitos utensílios de cozinha, .... A sauna não funciona.

O apartamento é exatamente como esta nas fotos, o prédio é super tranquilo o salão de jogos muito bacana, fui com 03 adolescentes e eles aproveitaram muito, internet funcionando de boa.
