Serenity Peak is a three-bedroom log cabin with a hot tub, pool table, arcade, and seasonal access to a heated swimming pool. Located in the Covered Bridge Resort, it’s just minutes from Pigeon Forge Parkway, putting Dollywood, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, the Titanic Museum, and Ober Gatlinburg Amusement Park right at your doorstep.

As the resort’s show model, Serenity Peak offers extra charm and features. The cabin’s expansive deck is one of the largest in the resort, complete with a gazebo, swing, and rockers—perfect for enjoying the stunning mountain views. A dining table on the deck allows for meals with a scenic sunset backdrop, creating unforgettable memories.

Indoors, the open kitchen is fully equipped with stainless-steel appliances, cookware, and plenty of gadgets, making it easy to prepare meals. My sons 18th birthday celebration.

It was great. The only thing that bothered me was that there were no batteries in the remotes for the bedroom tv's.

Great cabin.. great location

Very nice cabin, with lots of space indoors and out! We really enjoyed the pool table/arcade loft area. Great surprise seeing a mama bear and cubs right outside. Would stay again!

Not clean

There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and roaches in the kitchen. I would not recommend this cabin. Check-in wasn’t until 4pm, so they have time to clean. But this place was not clean. Bathroom tiles on main floor had black spots, broken tile in the kitchen and the dryer was falling apart.

Don't go in winter or stay more than 3 days or so.

We stayed more than a week and the supplies given we're not adequate for more than 3 days. There was not enough dishwasher tabs or garbage bags. The dishwasher was broke, useable but broke. The hot tub was cold when we got there. The cabin was at 56 degrees when we woke up. We were told "it's cold" and given a space heater that got the cabin up to about 60 degrees after 5 or 6 hours. We spent two days in the cabin freezing with blankets and extra clothes on. We were never offered any solution except it's cold!

Jackson Mountain Homes Serenity Peak

The cabin was clean and beautiful and just as described. However our arrival was a complete nightmare. We were given wrong directions and ended up stranded on the side of a mountain in a snow storm. Had to be rescued by emergency services and had to leave my vehicle on the side of the road. Called and left 4 different messages with only number given on the reservation. No one ever returned my call. Finally called the sales office and got to a person but they basically told me there was nothing they could do. We do a Tennessee trip every year and while we loved the cabin we will never use this company again. Horrible customer service.

Beautiful home and area

Our stay at this house was great. The view of the mountains and sunsets were amazing. Everything in the house was great except the floors were filthy and the back door to the deck kept sticking really bad to the point where we could rarely use it. Other than that, we had everything we needed, and would recommend staying here as long as they do a bit of a better cleaning job! Our feet were black after only about 15 minutes of being there 😬.

Great cabin!

Our family of five enjoyed this cabin and created beautiful memories as a family, everything you need to cook etc is there, the pool was awesome too. Perfect location if you are looking to enjoy Pigeon Forge ( 5 mints ) or Gatlinburg ( 20 minutes ) . We felt like home in this cabin, and we look forward staying here again.

Million dollar view

This cabin sits on the foothills of the smokies. Getting to wake up and see the sun rise over them was very peaceful. The cabin was only a short drive from the main strip in pigeon forge and about a 30 minute drive to Gatlinburg. Kids really enjoyed running around on the wrap around deck and relaxing in the hot tub. Worth the trip for sure and thank you for sharing it with our family.

Southern Charn

Views by far are a 10. Perfect space for a family of 4. We loved the beautiful house, the wrap-around porches, the birds, the hot tub and pool. Kinda dissapointed we didn't see a bear like other guests have had in the past. The cable and internet didn't work first 2 1/2 days we were there and it was spotty when it finally came on. Little dangerous playing pool if you have unexperienced players and a pool ball drops and rolls off the balcony. Keeps it exciting! Would definitely recommend it for a great mountain vacation experience. Pigeon Forge was literally minutes away and so was pizza and gas station if you didn't fully want to go into town.

Not bad but not great

Upon arrival, it was the evening and difficult to find the number to the cabin. We were not sure if we were at the right one so maybe have in the description something to help guest locate the number. Once we confirmed the correct cabin we attempted for an hour to try to get in. The code I received through email would not work and around 10pm the 1 800 number nobody answer. I even attempted to hit the option for emergency and still only took me to a voice-mail. This was a horrible check in experience for us, knowing we were all tired and ready to relax. Next thing is that on the listing just mentions that the pool was opened, but when we went down there, the pool had locks on the doors. I was told by one associate at first that if the listing says it's open then it should be open. I called a second time to confirm only to be told that the pool opens memorial day through labor day. Again make sure you tell guest that, it was a very hot day and we could of used a swim. All and all the cabin was fine. But not going to be booking through this company again!

Heat issues and evacuation- everything else good

Our heat didn’t work for the first 3 nights- we called for maintenance every day as our kids were waking up freezing every morning and the heat wouldn’t kick on. Maintenance came and thought they fixed it each time and by the end just offered space heaters since they couldn’t get it to work. We were in the evacuation zone for the fires that broke out and had to run a half mile just to get up the hill to our cabin and take everything we could carry out with us. Yet when we were supposed to check out they kept sending us automated messages about check out and when I called about it they said they wanted us to still follow as many checkout procedures as possible if we could get back to the cabin. Not the greatest experience but not all of it was the property managers fault. Also, we liked our parking situation but the cabins near us were super tight parking and very difficult to navigate.

The cabin was as nice as it appeared to be in the pictures and we loved it. Even with all of the activity and things to do in town, the kids were always wanting to get back to the cabin. Highly recommend this one.

Great property

The cabin has great views and lots of outdoor seating including a swing. The pool table and arcade helped keep us busy when not out and about at all of the local attractions within a short drive. Cabin is clean and has everything you need. Not the most updated but wasn’t important to us. We would stay her again.

Nice cabin, NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE

This property is clearly listed as being wheelchair accessible but it is NOT ACCESSIBLE. There is NO RAMP. There are approximately 12 steps to access the property. Our family drove 9 hours with four small children to find that our disabled 7-year old was not able to drive her power wheelchair into our vacation rental. Neither VRBO nor the property management company took any responsibility for the listing error. We hope this review can save another family the hassle. DO NOT book this cabin if you or a member of your family uses a wheelchair. Also: there is a washer/dryer on the property. This is not included in the description. We emailed ahead of time to check if there was a washer/dryer and were told “no” but there IS one. The management company does not seem to know much about the properties they manage. The pool table, arcade machine, and hot tub were great amenities for our family. Location was good. Porch views were beautiful.

Cabin Rental Concerns

The fireplace was fake with only a lightbulb, which also did not work. Plus, the hot tub was not turned on and was cold. We had to wait several hours for it to heat up to be used, and we were only staying one night. The pool sticks had not tips on them, which made it difficult to play pool. The kid’s bedroom bunk bed was barely being held together because several screws were missing. I would not feel safe to have a decent sized kid or teenager sleeping on the top bunk. There are several updated that should be made to this property given the price and pictures that may be misleading on the website. I would not recommend this cabin to anyone else.
