Stylish 2-Bedroom Haven Next to Hagley Park
Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place. Newly built 3-storey 2-bedroom 2-bathroom, a short stroll to Hagley Park and down the road from the Hospital. A short walk to the attractions of Christchurch -Riverside market and the Terraces. Containing 2x King single beds and a Queen bed in the Master bedroom a perfect family escape or work getaway. A fully equipped Kitchen, Sunny Courtyard, Bidet toilets and fully tiled bathroom to name a few features of this beautiful property.
Ground floor (1st floor) has the kitchen, living and dining area flowing to the private, fully fenced courtyard. Upstairs (2nd floor) has the bedroom with x2 single beds and a full sized bathroom. On the 3rd floor is the master suite with ensuite - containing a Queen sized bed and wardrobe.
Less than 2minute walk to the beautiful Hagley Park and 10minute walk to Hagley Oval - A great base to attend functions and events in the area. A 10 minute leisurely stroll to Riverside Markets and The Terraces - A must see and experience in Christchurch. Close to Christchurch hospital should you need to visit relatives.

The Christchurch bus exchange is a 15 min walk away and that will give you access to all of Christchurch via the various bus routes. The Moov it app is great to download ahead of time should you wish to use the bus system while visiting Christchurch. On street parking is free outside the development but can often be full during school hours however does empty out in the evenings. The surrounding streets also have free parking available, so if you have a car, you should be able to find a parking spot close by. This information is detailed in the Welcome pack inside the property. Ubers or Taxi’s are never far away and are available 24/7 for a convenient pick up.

City Noise - Please note this is an inner city Townhouse. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Siren. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city. We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us. Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund. Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance. Smoking in prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour. Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.

We had a lovely time in this super clean and tidy town house. It was in a busy area but the soundproofing was great so we didnt know about the noise until we were outside. A 2 minute walk to Hagley Park, handy for buses and an easy walk to the centre of town. Cozy beds, hot showers, keyless entry, great communication from the agents, we would happily stay here again. Thank you!
