Welcome to your own quiet endless summer get-away. This gorgeous fully renovated cottage features 3 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 single/double bunk bed, 1 single/single bunk bed), kitchen with new appliances, large living room with electric fireplace, full bathroom, washer/dryer, internet, and 2 large TVs. Outside there is a front and back deck with propane bbq and patio set. Park up to 2 cars in the driveway. The cottage is a short walk to Long Beach, one of the nicest white sandy beaches along Lake Erie. Book today!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please gather used towels and place them in the shower. Leave bedding on beds for cleaner.
Please place all trash in a garbage bag and leave in the shed. If checking out on a Monday put one garbage bag & blue box at end of driveway
Please wash all dishes and place in drying rack. If using the dishwasher please run the load. Poop and scooping if you are staying with a pet. Please message me to let me know you’ve checked out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
30 days or longer will be provided a rental agreement.
Flush only toilet paper. One washing machine load and one dishwasher load per day.
Parking in driveway only. Do not park on grass.

Great location, only a few minutes from Long Beach. Really nicely renovated and had everything I needed for a great stay - grill, outdoor firepit, front porch and backyard area to relax! Kids (niece and nephew) enjoyed the bunk beds.

The sweetest summer stay

Melanie’s property was the perfect location and size for our young family. The cottage was beautifully renovated and had everything we could have needed. The house had plenty of games and social living space between the living room and back deck to keep us off of electrics and enjoying our family time. The shed our back was great for storing bikes that we brought. The neighbours were all so friendly and engaging and our children had fun running around with all the kids that came to visit. The location was perfectly situated a very short walk to the beach and DJ’s restaurant as well as the Hungry Putter. We loved the laid back ease of everything around us for the month we stayed. We often frequented Hippos for dinner ( a short drive ) , blueberry picking at Knolls, and the Wainfleet and Port Colborne farmers markets. The location felt remote and magical for our children but also close to enough conveniences to have plenty to do.
