This lovely Townhome is convenient to everywhere you want to be on our beautiful Island, yet a quiet and peaceful Retreat at the day's end. And, there's no need to leave Fido out of the fun - Eastwinds 18 is Dog and Cat Friendly!


Eastwinds is a small community of townhomes surrounded by Whispering Pine Trees just off of Church Street, which offers easy access to everything you love about our Island. Only minutes from the beach, downtown shops and restaurants, and more, it's Vacation Central, for sure!  As you wander down the path to Eastwinds 18, you'll feel the serenity of the trees swaying in the salty air and that wonderful feeling of calmness that overtakes you when you realize you're finally HERE. 

This lovely home is warm and well appointed. As you enter Eastwinds 18, you cannot wait to relax on the shaded Front Porch with your morning coffee. The Living Area is warm and welcoming with comfy furnishings, beachy floors reminiscent of a boardwalk, and lots of Local Art. Relax after a fun-filled at exploring Assateague, and enjoy the Central AC, Free WiFi, and Flat Screen Cable TV. Decorated with a Coastal Flair, it's a fun place to unwind even when you're not at the beach!

The Chef in your family will love the huge Kitchen that has everything you need to make mealtime a bay breeze. There's plenty of room at the spacious Dining Table for everyone to relax and reconnect. Just off the Kitchen is a wonderful Screened Porch - the perfect place to share stories of the day's adventures. There's also a convenient Half Bath just off the Living Area. 

Upstairs you'll find 2 spacious Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths! The Master has a comfy Queen Bed, and its own Private Covered Porch complete with 2 Rocking Chairs with your name on them! There is also a Private Full Bath with Tub/Shower Combo. Right down the hall, Bedroom 2 is a breath of fresh air in colors of Sea Glass and Coral. There is a Full and Twin, plus a Twin Sleeper Chair - a perfect room for the kids! There is also another Full Bath with Tub/Shower Combo, so no waiting in line after a day of sun and fun!

Eastwinds 18 is awesome in that it welcomes your well-trained dog with a $100 Pet Fee. This is a wonderful area to enjoy long walks with your four-legged friend, and they will love you even more for bringing them along!

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals to guests under age 25. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored. Friendly dogs welcome with $100 Pet Fee. Dogs MUST be current on Flea/Tick Preventative and Immunizations. LINENS INCLUDED, NO SMOKING, NO VAPING. FAMILIES ONLY AND MUST BE AT LEAST 25.
