February Getaway

This condo is lovely! Nicely updated and decorated with comfortable furnishings. Only a 15 minute walk to the beach which has a wonderful paved walkway with plenty of seating when you need a rest. One thing I missed in the description was that it is up a full flight of stairs. The management was great at addressing a few very minor needs during our stay.

One month stay on Isle of Capri

This rental was perfect for our needs. It is a half mile walk from the beach but we were prepared with a wagon and some bikes for easy beach access. The community had a nice quiet neighborly feel, not the typical touristy beach scene. Updated open floorplan was very comfortable. The folks at itrip were so responsive and helpful every time we had a question. We enjoyed the outdoor screened patio and the extra large garage made storage for all our stuff very convenient. We really appreciated the in-unit laundry. The pool was closeby and heated.

Clean Place And Great Location

My stay here visiting the area was great and I would highly recommend this property for anyone considering a visit. There's a great balance with this location. It's only a 10 minute walk to the beach, a 15 minute to popular island spots like VIP's or Ricky T's, and 20 minute walk to the restaurants at John's pass. When you want to take a break from all of the fun, the condo is in a very peaceful neighborhood making it very easy to relax. The community has a really nice pool that's close to this specific property and there's a park nearby for kids and pets. It was just me and my wife this time but you can comfortably sleep a family here with two beds and a large sectional that pulls out. Will definitely be back!
