The main floor living space provides a spacious layout perfect for gathering everyone together. A fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and an island opens to the roomy dining area. Cozy up in the connected living space complete with panoramic views, flat screen tv, and built-in window seat perfect for relaxing with your favorite book or power napping. This level opens by French doors to a wrap-around screened porch with a gas grill overlooking the sandy beach and spectacular Lake Michigan views.

A full bath and laundry area complete this floor. On the second level, you will find 3 bedrooms and an additional full bath. The first bedroom has a queen bed and lake views and opens to an attached balcony. The second bedroom also connects to this balcony with beach views and one twin and one queen bed. The 3rd bedroom offers an additional full-sized bed. In the amazing 3rd-floor master suite you will find a king bed strategically placed to take full advantage of the lake views, a full ensuite bath, and access to a private deck.

The lower-level walkout provides a great additional space for plenty of fun. A pool table and a full bath create another floor of accommodations and open directly to walkways to the amazing beach area.

**Pets are considered with an additional cleaning fee. Please ask for approval prior to booking.

PARKING
There is space for two vehicles. Guests are responsible for locating their own parking for any additional vehicles.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products along with emergency maintenance services.
