Spent a wonderful five days, four nights and enjoyed every moment. Space was large and fully stock with some many items to feel like home. In-unit laundry was beneficial while having my kiddo there. The property is large, but many shuttles to assist or a lot of walking paths. We enjoy many meals at Mulligan’s. Fantastic food & service. Check-in had a small hiccup at no part of the owner and was extremely responsive & worked directly with the resort. No issues with amenities or check out. Would recommend for a small family or couples. Thank you for hosting us!

We (family of 4) had a wonderful stay at the property this past week. Very clean and well maintained (both the condo and grounds). Staff were all so nice.
You can stay at nicer but more expensive resorts on Aruba, but you’d have to decide on the value of that. My only minor complaint would be that I thought the food wasn’t anything special and found better options close by (but who wouldn’t want to explore anyway). And we could have better utilized the kitchen in the condo to eat in the unit.
The beach across the street was spectacular and the pool was nice and never felt too crowded.
I would recommend staying again (especially for the $ compared to other resort options).
Rude front desk staff for check in/out and difficult to reach
Difficult check in/out process. Extremely difficult to find unit. Property management company’s information was no where in the unit. Poor Wi-Fi so we could not access emails. No hot water at first. Description stated grill was in the unit, it was not. Hopefully description changed now. There were a lot of perks at the golf course not explained in description or on any communication.

We appreciate you bringing up the WiFi and hot water concerns, as this is the first time we've heard of these issues. Our team has promptly inspected and confirmed that both the hot water and WiFi are in working order.
For the BBQ grills, each block features multiple well-maintained grills in the garden, as stated in the listing. We apologize for any confusion and encourage guests to enjoy this amenity.
Moreover, this condo provides access to the pools at the Divi Village Golf & Beach Resort, along with pool towels, beach chairs, and a cooler for added convenience.
We hope you had a wonderful time on our island.
It seemed too good to be true. Its exactly like the photos, we were not disappointed. Sounds of a waterfall and wildlife were viewed right outside our balcony. The room is spacious with 2 full baths, never a crowded moment.
The location is great. Only a few steps from the main pool which you can use as a cut through to get to the main lobby and dining area. Plus there are shuttle buses running all day long.
The ONLY downfall is there is NO HOT WATER!! We called several times but it was never fixed. Taking a cold shower every day...yikes. Luckily I could step outside to warm up. The AC works great here too.
Also, the trash builds up. I called the front desk and they said to leave it outside our door and someone will pick it up. No one did. It sat there overnight so I took it back in because it looked horrible sitting in the corridor like that.

Unfortunately, the unit had an awful musty smell for the first two days. I'm sure this was due to someone not leaving the dehumidifier on before we arrived as the smell eventually seamed to go away... or we just got used to it. The bed was horrible. Neither my wife or myself slept well at all. It's about an 8" mattress on some sort of spring loaded box. If you sit in the middle of the bottom of bed, the entire top of bed lifts from both sides. Never seen anything like this. Very disappointed! Shower in Master bedroom was not working as it just dribbled out of shower head. When trying to use the attached hand held, it just falls from holder. Soap dish hangs down.. water takes LITERARILY 4 minutes to get to a warm enough temp to shower. So taking a shower in morning was a chore. I would love to give a better review, but unfortunately this is not the place to go again.

Unsafe and horrible customer service
I been staying at Divi Village in Aruba almost every year since it opened in the 90s, so I am quite familiar with the rooms and property. Initially, this room was fantastic. It was spacious with a large kitchen that overlooked the dining and living area, which I loved because I cook a lot. The room was clean and featured two bathrooms, which was great. The balcony provided a beautiful view of the water and the golf course, with various bird species adding to the charm.
However, we quickly noticed that there was no hot water. I had read a review mentioning this issue, and unfortunately, it was true. The water wasn't even lukewarm, making it difficult for my 4-year-old to shower. Despite emailing Casiola, the company managing the room, they failed to fix the problem.
Things got worse during our second week. While we were out to dinner, the sink collapsed, leaving a mess of dishes all over the kitchen floor. Contacting Casiola was a nightmare; their customer service was virtually non-existent. The hotel staff came quickly but couldn't fix the issue that night. Casiola eventually sent someone to fix the sink and who informed us not to use the sink until further notice. This added more stress, as the kitchen was in disarray, and dirty water tracked throughout the house.
The next morning, nobody contacted us about the sink, forcing us to eat out for breakfast and lunch, which wasted the food I had bought. To make matters worse, the washing machine overflowed, flooding t
