The space
Newly renovated, this large loft apartment features high ceilings, a 75” 4K TV, and king bed.
Our kitchen is fitted will brand name stainless steel appliances, high quality pots and pans, and plenty of cooking utensils.
No need to bring your own coffee, we provide K-cups for your stay. Just bring your favourite creamer!
Our bathroom features a stunning rain shower with premium gold finishes.

The entire apartment is all yours! 100% keypad entry means you can come and go as you please.
Other things to note
We want our guests to have the best stay possible, that's why we are as transparent as possible about what your stay may entail.
We are located in downtown Barrie, if you are booking on a weekend please note restaurants and bars are open until 2am. In the Summertime live music is played on the streets during the day (on weekends).
Our heritage windows may be beautiful but they do not keep noise out well. If the hustle and bustle of downtown will keep you up please keep that in mind before booking.

We arrived at the accomodations to find a filthy stained bed with pubic hairs all over the sheets and comforters as well as pillows. We were told it had been cleaned prior to us arriving while the rest of the areas looked clean enough the bed looked like someone slept in it for a couple days and just remade it. Since we were in town for a wedding and no way to find a place last minute to sleep we wound up leaving within the hour and drove back home and missed the wedding as a result. I contacted for a refund and haven't heard back in over a week. We will be filling a complaint with the BBB & a charge back through Visa now as I have waited long enough for a response. Seller was quick to reply up until after the check in date. Completely filthy bed coupled with entrance being in an alley where homeless people were hanging out does not scream luxury loft to us. Not to mention parking was a decent walk, but also it was a community parking lot for municipal parking what would have happened if it was full ? We'd have no where to park close by. Ruined a family wedding for us and first and last time we use this kind of service. Back to hotels where you can go downstairs lodge a complaint and get a better or cleaned room without hoops to jump thru. Not to mention better accessible parking.
