Conveniently located in desired neighborhood Canto de Gavilanes just 10-15 minute walking distance to beach and center of town yet quiet and peaceful to enjoy the beauty of Samara's relaxing vibe.
Bedroom 1 has an en-suite bathroom and a king size bed and TV.
Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and bedroom 3 has 2 single beds. Two more full bathrooms for everyone to enjoy.
All bedrooms have their own A/C as well as the living room.
Large sliding doors opens up to outdoor area with BBQ that creates a wonderful feeling of indoor/outdoor living.
There is a safe that can fit a standard size laptop.
Hot water in all showers and faucets and yes, you can flush the toilet paper unlike many other places in Costa Rica. We also have extra water filtration system throughout the entire house so you can drink the water!
Pool is not fenced so children should always be supervised. Pool is shared with bottom apartment Casa Driftwood.
There is a outdoor shower by the pool to rinse off any sand before getting in the pool.
There is a Smart TV in living room for you to enjoy Netflix, Disney+, Prime etc.
