Newly partially renovated cozy and spacious 2 Bedroom / 1 bathroom basement suite is ready for you and your family to relax/unwind exploring nearby parks, rivers, lakes and trails! **We live upstairs and we are family with children, we will do our best to minimize the noise, but you will hear us from time to time.
