The master suite features a king size bed with an en suite bathroom featuring a shower. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed and the guest bathroom features a tub/shower combo. Enjoy a full kitchen, dining room, living room and deck overlooking the water. There is also a stack washer and dryer available for use during your stay. This unit also comes with a 10 x 24 boat slip.

Please be aware that this condo does have 27 steps up to the entrance.

Complex amenities include pool, sundeck, clubhouse, indoor pool, indoor hot tubs, playground, tennis court, basketball goal, fish cleaning station, swim dock and boat ramp. Fun, affordable, long weekend trip

People were very friendly. Made great suggestions for entertainment. Close to gas station and bar. Great view. Rented a boat. Nice lake. Pool was nice and clean

We enjoyed our stay at Southwood Shores. The location was perfect being close to the pool and to the boat slip. We would have liked a lift for the boat but it still worked out. The condo was clean and comfortable. There were a couple of items I noted: wasps on the patio, bathrooms needed garbage cans and the mattress in the main bedroom wasn't the most comfortable, needed some padding.
