Spent a wonderful weekend away with friends. Home was large enough to comfortably accommodate everyone and kitchen allowed everyone to participate. Hiking, shopping, artisan shops and beaches were all just a 5 minute drive away. And a very quick 20 minute ferry ride to the mainland. Definitely recommend for a week or weekend getaway.

Easter Weekend Escape - Family Retreat on Bowen Island
We stayed here last year and had such a wonderful time that we came back again! The property is absolutely fantastic, tucked away in the middle of the forest, offering complete peace and serenity with a view! The surroundings are beautiful, the house is fantastic. Highly recommend for anyone looking to disconnect and relax!
Aug 12- Aug 16. Beautiful house with magnificent architecture and stunning views! Just breathtaking! Household instructions were very detailed information including regarding the community & helpful maps of the area. We loved the location and found it very comfortable. My family and I would return if given the opportunity!
Lovely house. Great location. Only two of the four gas burners on the stove worked. It would have been nice to have a TV on the main living floor instead of just downstairs in the bed/sitting room. Otherwise we had a very nice time.
Tranquil Island Getaway: A Perfect Blend of Comfort and Adventure
Our recent stay at this charming Pacific Northwest log house on the island was an absolute delight. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were greeted with warmth and comfort that made us feel right at home.
The spacious layout of the house provided ample room for our family to spread out and relax. The well-equipped kitchen was a dream for preparing meals together, and the open area seamlessly connecting to the living room fostered family moments filled with conversations and sing-alongs. There was also a great selection of books on the shelves.
One of the highlights of our stay was waking up to the breathtaking view of Killarney Lake and the snow-capped mountain peaks from the upstairs bedroom. We promptly decided to hike around the lake. We couldn't resist exploring the island on two wheels the next day. Biking through the quiet island traffic was a pleasure, and although the journey to the disc golf course included a steep hill, the experience was well worth it. It is a great course to play together as a family. Some of us were really good at disc golfing; the others were having a blast throwing discs around in the forest.
After the outdoor adventures, the hot tub was a welcomed retreat. Soaking in the warm waters was the perfect way to unwind and recharge.
Comfort, adventure, and natural beauty made this trip an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature. We can't wait to return!
