This home is beautiful, cozy and clean. It is set up well for families, with bunk beds upstairs, a pack n play, booster chair, and toys/ganes. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy, clean, great little winter getaway.

The checkin and overall guest experience was good. The house had all necessary items, and kid toys/games, etc. It was rainy for our whole stay, but we were located near the town, and near several fun excursions.

All the comforts of home

This home is such a perfect vacation rental for relaxation. Our favorite amenity was definitely the outdoor fire pit overlooking the river. There are a few homes in the vicinity but it still feels very private due to the layout. Also, easy off and on the highway, which is a huge plus given coastal traffic. Highly recommend this rental.

Gorgeous Home

This house was immaculate, spacious and very comfortable. There was a question I had and reached out to John and Nicole - they responded quickly and were able to help us out right away. We loved all the windows and the gorgeous views. John made sure we had plenty of wood for the fire pit which was really nice. The house is beautifully built and we'd definitely come back to stay again.

After carrying out my dad’s final wishes with family down in Bandon I wanted to stay some extra days and meet up with friends. Having grown up in oregon and frequenting the Florence area, I knew that was the perfect spot. This house has a beautiful setting off the beaten path. We loved having a view of the river and being so close (yet not too close) to old town, attractions, yummy restaurants and beach. Lovely home.

Great stay!

Our family travels yearly to the dunes and Florence with ATV Trailers. This property was a perfect fit and one we will book again. We had enough room to park our two trailers in the driveway comfortably. The home was spaceous and had nearly every amenity we needed. The property owners are great as well! Friendly, informative, and responsive. Check-in and out times were conflicting from posting to follow-up email, but the owners were very accommodating!!! Looking forward to next year!
