Top floor two bedroom apartment which has been stylishly furnished & is light & bright throughout. The living/dining area is well appointed with comfortable couch, flat screen TV, dining table with 4 chairs, split system heater/air conditioner & access to the balcony with a lovely water view from the table & 2 chairs. The kitchen is compact but very functional & is well equipped for your stay. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, built in robes & ceiling fan and the second bedroom has a double bed, built in robes & ceiling fan. There is a central bathroom with shower over bath, vanity, washing machine & dryer plus a separate toilet. There is also a carpark at the side of the property (small cars recommended) and additional free street parking but check for restrictions depending on where you park.
You will have access to the whole of the property except for one cupboard which is locked off for the cleaning supplies.
Although we won't be available in person we are available to assist at anytime throughout your stay via the booking platform.
The apartment is located between Glenleith Avenue & Toorak Parade which is directly opposite the waters edge.
It is less than 2kms to the Geelong Waterfront with a huge variety of cafes, bars & restaurants you will be spoilt for choice.
When visiting Geelong, the Waterfront is a good place to start. The outlook over Corio Bay is a wonderful side dish to the vast number of places to eat and drink. It’s also an ideal backdrop for a casual walk or taking in one of the range of events held in the vicinity throughout the year.
You shouldn’t stop at the Waterfront though. Just a couple of blocks to the south there’s an entire cultural precinct featuring Geelong Gallery with an ever-more-impressive schedule of exhibitions and the Geelong Arts Centre which is currently being transformed into one of the best creative and performance spaces in the country.
The Geelong Library and Heritage Centre is so breathtakingly impressive it’ll convince non-readers to pick up a book, while the National Wool Museum is sharing important stories and cool non-wool events too.
Little Malop Street and surrounds has become the go-to place at mealtimes. Eateries with interesting menus and attentive service, alongside venues dedicated to the experience of drinking and a sprinkling of really fun live entertainment, make it a memorable night out. Further afield there are some brilliant precincts. Pakington Street – Pako to locals – is a well-balanced mix of eating out, quality fresh goods, retail and boutique shopping.
The more you explore Geelong, the more there is to love!
There is lots of parking in Geelong but it does get busy from time to time. You can easily explore the waterfront and city on foot, there is so much to see and explore.
Between 9am & 5pm Monday to Friday there is free 4 hour parking on the street out the front, but clearway on Friday's from 6am to 8am. No restrictions at other times.
When you check-out you will be required to leave the property in a neat state including dishes washed and put away, used towels left in the bathroom for the cleaners to collect, fridge empty, all personal items taken & rubbish removed and disposed of. This will ensure the cleaners can prepare the property for the next guest. If extra time is required for cleaning then we will put in for additional costs through the booking platform.
The beds in this property are provided with a fitted sheet, doona with cover and 4 pillows with covers. A top sheet is not provided.
Please note: Our check in time is 3pm and our check out time is 10am, we are unable to allow early check ins or late check outs. There is also no bag drop or storage available at this property.
If you don't have previous reviews you may be asked to provide additional information before accepting your booking. We also ask that you add every adult guest to your booking.
