Summary:
The breathtaking views across the bay and sunsets in the evening are not something that can be truly captured on camera and need to be experienced in person. The property also features lovely timber clad vaulted ceilings, undercover entertainment area and is ideally set up for a family or a few couples getting away.
The Space:
Seven Views is situated on the Bellarine Peninsula in the township of Clifton Springs. Only a 5 min drive into town and 15 min walk to Cindy’s Beach. You're also within short distance to all the wineries the Bellarine has to offer including Jack Rabbit, Bennetts and Scotchman's Hill to name a few.
The property can host up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 Living areas. The master suite with views across the bay comprises large walk-in robe, and spacious full ensuite set at the front of the property. The remaining two bedrooms are set at the rear of the property down a passageway. All bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds. Access to the rear garden is also achievable through a delightful courtyard from the third bedroom. The second living space is fitted with comfortable sofa bed.
The rear bedrooms are serviced by a central bathroom with spa bath, shower, vanity and separate toilet.
Separating the bedrooms is the main living/dining room at the front of the property and the kitchen, in formal dining and second lounge room in the centre of the home with pool table.
Natural light from the northerly aspect saturates the kitchen, deck and family-dining areas. The kitchen features great work areas with plenty of cupboard space and modern stainless-steel appliances.
The outdoor entertaining deck has views to the bay whilst retaining the privacy of the rear yard.
Other features of the home include an internal laundry with washing machine, off street parking for a 2-3 cars in drive and also use of the double garage. Nespresso coffee pod machine, ducted heating, Wi-Fi and Wii game console.
