The Space:
Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or a fun-filled family vacation, this vacation rental is the perfect choice. Our home was 100% completely restored and refurnished in 2023 following Hurricane Ian in September 2022. This is a brand new listing on the short term rental market so be among the first guests to stay at our property!

Inside, the home is beautifully appointed with high-end finishes and comfortable furnishings. The primary bedroom features a plush king-size bed and a luxurious en suite bathroom, complete with fully glass enclosed shower. Both bedrooms, the family room and outside on the lanai there are smart TV's for our guests to connect to their apps of choice.

The second bedroom is perfect for kids as it contains a bunk bed with a twin at top, a full on the bottom and an additional full sized bed along with a large closet. The second full sized bathroom is located conveniently near this bedroom and has a shower and tub combo.

At the heart of the home is the modern and stylish kitchen which features stainless steel appliances, sleek white cabinets, and a large island with four comfortable chairs - perfect for entertaining or enjoying a casual meal.

As you prepare your meals, you'll be able to take in the breathtaking views of our sparkling pool, expansive patio, and charming tiki hut through the large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The pendant lighting above the island adds a warm and welcoming touch to this already inviting space.

Whether you're cooking up a delicious meal for your family and friends or just enjoying a morning cup of coffee with our hybrid regular and kuerig coffee maker, at the island - our well-appointed kitchen has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

With its relaxed yet refined ambiance, our coastal chic family room is the perfect place to unwind and create unforgettable memories with your loved ones. Sink into the plush sectional sofa or relax on the love seat, perfect for enjoying a movie or a good book. The large light-colored coffee table is perfect for resting drinks and snacks, while the modern exposed beams on the ceiling add a touch of sophistication to the room.

The Small Print:

This pool is heated to 85 degrees and it can be naturally warmer in the summer and fall months. If guests would like it warmer there will be an additional charge of $20/day.

This property is managed by SW Florida based Mike Z Rentals LLC. We have a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager along with a professional cleaning partner to take care of all of your needs while you are staying in this property.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples is a large metro area. This property is about a 30 minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport.

This is a self check in property. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received full payment and it is 2 weeks prior to arrival. Codes are changed automatically in between each reservation.
