Welcome to Beachy Keen, a lovingly cared for, super clean and well appointed single-family home with heated pool home centrally located in Bonita Springs in southwest Florida! The home is only a 25-minute drive to the Fort Myers International Airport and just a 10-minute drive to the world famous Bonita and Barefoot Beaches. Located right off of Pennsylvania Ave. in the heart of Bonita Springs, the neighborhood is tucked away in it's own enclave of quaint and well cared for homes.

The Space:
Beachy Keen is located on an over-sized corner lot with lush and gorgeous subtropical landscaping including a brand new pavered pool deck and new furnishings throughout the home.

With a split bedroom floor plan the master is secluded on one side of the house with the two additional guest bedrooms are on the other. In the master you will find a gorgeous King-sized bed with a very comfortable mattress and en suite bathroom with plenty of room to get ready for a night out on the town! There is also a large closet for all your luggage and clothing.

The two additional bedrooms include one with a King-size bed with private french doors leading out to the screened lanai. The other bedroom has a King bed with a second full bathroom in between. No detail was left behind in the furnishing of this home so you are able to enjoy yourselves and come back for many years to come!

Built for outdoor living there are multiple outdoor spaces to enjoy while residing in Beachy Keen. The large side yard is a great place to play catch, corn hole or take the dog for a walk. The entire back yard is completely fenced in with a tall privacy fence which is great for your dog. It provides a peaceful retreat while relaxing by the pool.

Under the screened and covered lanai is a 6 top informal dining set to enjoy al fresco meals cooked from the kitchen or from the propane and charcoal grill located outside for your use! In the cool months of winter, the pool has a heater to keep it nice and comfortable for you.

The open concept floor plan is complemented by vaulted ceilings, tons of natural light from it's many windows and sliding doors and plenty of space to relax and have home cooked meals. The family room is a great place to get out of the heat and enjoy a game or unwind with a movie at the end of the day.

The well stocked kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and cabinets equipped with everything you would need to make and enjoy meals together while making new memories on your vacation.

The home is located on an over-sized corner lot with lush and gorgeous subtropical landscaping including a brand new pavered pool deck and new furnishings throughout the home.

The home is located less then a 30 minute drive from the SWFL international airport. Being that there is limited public transportation in the area we suggest it is best to bring or rent a car during your stay if you really want to take advantage of all that our area offers. Uber and Lyft services are also readily available in the neighborhood and area.

Linens provided at the home include pool/beach, kitchen and bathroom towels. There are four beach chairs, a rolling cooler, umbrellas, a beach bag and 2 bicycles included for you to use while staying at Beachy Keen.

Please note -the garage is not available for guest use during any reservation.

To give our guests flexibility and peace of mind, we offer two ways to cover accidental damage during your stay. Choose either a $50 non-refundable damage fee or a $1,000 refundable hold. This payment is collected after booking and before check-in.

Important Details:

The pool at this home is heated to 85 degrees when appropriate. The temperature of the pool can fluctuate depending on local weather conditions.

Pet Policy – Dogs Only (Non-Shedding Breeds)
Only 1 or 2 Non-Shedding, hypoallergenic dogs are permitted in this pet-friendly home. Cats and all other animals are strictly prohibited, including birds, reptiles, rodents, and exotic pets.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples is a large metro area. This property is about a 30 minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport.

This is a self check in property with a coded door code that gets changed in between every reservation and your code is only active during your times of your reservation and we can accommodate early and late check outs upon request, if available. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and 2 weeks prior to arrival.
