The Space:
Step into this spacious home designed with your vacation in mind. The updated kitchen features delightful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances (including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and range), and seamlessly opens up to the living area. Fully equipped with a toaster, Keurig coffee maker, blender, complete cutlery, and dining plates, the kitchen has everything you need for your culinary adventures.

The dining room boasts a brand-new table and chairs set, comfortably accommodating four guests, with additional dining space available outdoors on the lanai. In the living room, you'll find a 55" flat-screen TV with basic cable, a Blu-Ray DVD player, and a wireless printer for your convenience. Sink into the plush sofa and accent side chairs, allowing yourself to unwind after a long day at the beach or a refreshing swim in the pool.

With ample space to accommodate up to six adults, the home features a main bedroom with a King bed, a second bedroom with a Queen bed, and a third bedroom with two Twin beds. The main bedroom suite offers generous space, complete with two closets to store your belongings, as well as a flat-screen TV. The recently remodeled en suite main bathroom boasts newer tile, a single vanity, and a large shower.

In the second bedroom, you'll find a Queen bed adorned with a vibrant duvet. Plantation shutters adorn all the windows in the house, lending a tropical ambiance to the home and ensuring privacy during the evenings. The third bedroom exudes a vacation vibe with its sea grass headboards and two Twin beds—a delightful reminder that the beach is just a short car ride away.

Extend your living space to the outdoors on the brick paver lanai, where you'll find a free-form pool. It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples is a large metro area. This property is about a 30 minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport.

This is a self check in property with a coded door code that gets changed in between every reservation and your code is only active during your times of your reservation and we can accommodate early and late check outs upon request, if available.

You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and 2 weeks prior to arrival.
