This 1 level, four bedroom luxury condo, located in the heart of Avon, is a short walk to the Riverfront Express Gondola or the transportation center to access the ECO bus into Vail. The Ensuite Bath features a single vanity, toilet and walk-in shower. The Bunk Room features two Twin over Queen Bunk Beds, Large TV with Cable, Ceiling Fan and Ensuite Bath. The Ensuite Bath features a single vanity, toilet, and tub/shower combination.

A Washer and Dryer is available for Guests Use in the building, but not in the unit itself. Laundry Facility is located on the same floor near the elevator vestibule and requires coin or an app is available via a smart phone.

Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided in the home for your comfort.

All of our rental properties are in private, residential neighborhoods or condominium complexes. Out of respect for our neighbors, large social events/gatherings (i.e. ceremonies, weddings, receptions) at any of our rental properties are prohibited unless prior arrangements have been discussed and confirmed through our office.
