It was a nice stay we enjoyed it. We had the master bedroom that was very nice the spare bedroom I wish I was the same level of craftsman but it was still a great stay for our family of 6. Thank you!

This house definitely was awesome! We did not use all 3 rooms but it is very spacious. Love the shower. Love the countertops. Love the fact you can really tell the owners cater to pets. There was a doggy door and a kitty door with both separate areas enclosed. There was also a cat run on the ceiling. The house has pretty much everything you need and the neighborhood is quiet. 5 out of 5

There were no bells and whistles but it was perfect for our stay. We went for a college tour and wanted the extra room. This worked out perfectly.

When we arrived the house cleaners had not arrived. The issue was taken care of immediately and my family enjoyed our stay at the house.

Did the trick

Stayed a few nights to visit family in the area. The house is as described with the exception that the rooms are very small and the beds seem to be doubles not queens. The kitchen is nicely equipped with everything you need to cook a meal and clean up afterwards. Two downsides the towels provided smell of mildew as though they were left in the washer damp and there were peppers under the kitchen sink that appeared to be rodent bait.My one year old grandson and my dog were with is so a little scary. Other than that view is nice check in was smooth.I would stay here again if issues were resolved.

Clean and Comfy

The house was super clean which we really appreciated! Beds were very comfortable as well. Unfortunately there was a LOT of dog poop in the back yard. I had to pick up 27 piles before we could let our pups out in the yard. I let the owner/manager know and he apologized for the mess. If you plan to stay in this home you will need to bring your own bath soap and a hair dryer. Neither were provided. First time I’ve stayed in a vacation rental where I had to provide my own bath soap and hair dryer. I reached out to the owner/manager asking if either was available, thinking maybe I just didn’t look in the right place, but he never got back to me so I drove down to the store and picked up both items. Sofa could use a good cleaning - we covered it with extra sheets we found. Also, oddly there were no drinking glasses. There were wine glasses and beer mugs but no regular glasses. Just old jars. Would we stay here again? Based on the cleanliness of the home and the comfy beds, yes! And it was a great location as well.

Hot August Nights 2025

Beautiful house, huge living room and kitchen area. Great patio for relaxing, I wish the water feature in the backyard was running. The house is pet friendly, we did not have our dogs with us on the trip. Wonderful neighborhood.

Overall, very good rental. Beds were comfortable, house was clean. Nice amenities. Only issue we had was home was 87 when we arrived. We turned thermostat down to 68 and went to dinner. Came back 2 hours later home was still 80. Clearly undersized central A/C unit takes a VERY long time to bring down temps. Even the second day we were there the AC could not keep up with 100 Degree outside temps. Would be nice to have it at 78 or less when you know guests are arriving that day. would have also been nice to have access to washer and dryer, but I guess that’s for longer stays. And no can opener. Otherwise, we would definitely stay again. Just hopefully on not such hot days!!

Great Reno Property

Went for a few days to Reno for my daughter’s college graduation. This place was perfect. Super clean, close to the school, easy to get to. A little difficulty with the code to get in but the property manager was super communicative and fixed it right away.

We had a wonderful time at this rental. Our host was very responsive and helpful.The house was perfectly located and very clean. The beds were very good. On the downside, the house is not very well stocked with dishes. There is only fruit jars to drink out of. Also, the furniture in the living room needs to be replaced. There is one couch that is very difficult to sit in. We ended up going to Walmart and buying lawn chairs to sit in rather than sit on the couch. Other than those issues, this is a really great place.

Great Location

We were in Reno for a winter graduation at UNR. This house was perfect, close to everything, especially campus. The house is so spacious and very pet friendly, even caught beautiful pictures of sunset and sunrise from backyard! The booking/check in process was straight forward, easy parking, and house was clean. Thanks for a great stay, would definitely recommend!

Property was nice but the living room furniture was in poor condition with only one couch. Definitely needs more seating accommodation in the living room. Kitchen was very nice and had plenty of pots and pans. Bedrooms were adequate. Enjoyed the open floor plan!

Nice place, just needs some cleanliness attention

The place is very nice. The kitchen and accommodations were great. Views were amazing. It needs some character and maybe some board games or something. We found some socks from another guest on the floor and some of the dishes still had food on them. Overall awesome place.

Perfect location for Balloon races

We were planning on going to the balloon races but little did we know we were going to have a balloon land on our cul de sac. It was the most awesome experience ever. The house was clean, air conditioner perfect, yard was secure for our small dog. Would love to see seating for six in the living room. Maybe an end table.

The comfort of home without being home!

The house was really clean / the towels and linens smelled nice. We brought up my niece who was moving to UNV / it was close and convenient. The neighborhood is super quiet. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
