The property is private and serene. The neighbourhood is safe, and the neighbours are friendly, mind their business, but also keep watch to ensure safety & security. A welcoming community for anyone. Wi-Fi is kind of slow, doesn't reach the back yard or front porch. Floors are in rough shape and sink in some areas, indicating a sub floor problem. The bathroom floor tile is cracked. The toilet has issues flushing, and it doesn't have an exhaust fan, so it gets very hot amd steamy. The washer sometimes backs up into the tub. The sunroom amd backyard are the main areas of beauty and tranquility, aside from the living room. All bedrooms are ample size. Could use TVs in the bedrooms as the living room is the only one. Lacks bake wear, and cleaning supplies. Upon arrival, I was absolutely shocked, as I had been informed the cleaners just left. However, I swept a whole dustpan of dirt, the glassware, cutlery, and dishes were visibly dirty with brown spots. The tub was dirty, had to be cleaned before using. Cobwebs in every corner of the ceiling, & carpets were dirty. Just as a precaution, I washed all bed & bath linenes, as well as, area rugs. The windows in the sunroom do not close amd lock, so I had to wedge wooden boards to keep secire. Property manager is absolutely AMAZING! I'd love to purchase this home if all functional issues were fixed. Overall great stay! I'm hamdy so I could manage the toilet, tub, issues.
