KITCHEN & BATHROOM:
* You`ll find a compact but functional kitchen.
* A modern, fully-tiled bathroom is complete with a walk-in shower and a laundry machine for your convenience.

1. Quiet Hours & Noise
• Quiet hours from 10pm. Noise travels easily to downstairs apartments — please be considerate.
• Remove shoes indoors to minimise noise.
• No parties, events, or loud gatherings.

2. Guests & Visitors
• Only registered guests permitted. Maximum 5 overnight guests.
• No unregistered visitors. Do not share the lockbox code.
• No third-party bookings.

3. Arrival & Departure
• Please notify the host on the day of check-in and check-out.
• If anything isn’t right on arrival, tell us immediately so we can fix it.
• Initial consumables are supplied but not replenished during your stay.
• Issues must be reported during your stay. Post-checkout complaints may not be considered.

4. Smoking, Substances & Fire Safety
• No smoking indoors. Smoking only permitted in outdoor courtyard areas.
• No illegal drugs, excessive intoxication, or live flames (candles, incense, sparklers, etc.).

5. Cleanliness & Rubbish
• Dispose of rubbish in council bins at the rear (Mort Lane, off Ridge Street).
• Red: General waste
• Yellow: Recycling
• Collection is Wednesday. If staying Tuesday night, bins may be placed on the street.
• Wash and store dishes before checkout.
• Excessive mess may incur additional cleaning fees.
• Cover food when using the microwave.
• Fresh linen available for longer stays (self-service).

6. Pets & Children
• No pets.
• Not suitable for children under 5 unless particularly quiet.

7. Security & Keys
• Lock all doors and windows when leaving.
• Lost keys incur a $160 replacement fee.
• Guests are responsible for damage or loss during their stay.

8. Electricity
• Turn off lights, air conditioning, and appliances when leaving.

9. Technology
• Please sign out of personal streaming accounts before departure.

10. Early Check-in & Late Checkout
• Standard checkout is 10am.
• Early check-in or late checkout must be pre-approved.
• Up to 4 hours early or late: $90
• Up to 8 hours early or late: $175
• Unapproved late departure will incur applicable fees.
• Cleaners arrive after 10am.

The flat was clean and exactly in the right area with easy access to the centre of Sydney. There was an abundance of good restaurants in the surrounding streets and also a supermarket with-in walking distance. The bakery around the corner was fantastic. All in all a great stay. The only criticsm was that it is an older property and is split level and has a number of stairs which although not a problem for us might before the the less able.

Charming and in a perfect location

My wife and I loved our stay at this charming, bright apartment. Check in was super easy and Tia was always reachable and communicative even when working through VRBO’s international billing process. The location of the apartment is in prime Surry Hills, walkable to so many restaurants and the fantastic Bourke st. Bakery, as well as the light rail. The apartment was very clean, got great sunlight, had easy to use laundry, great internet connectivity, and was well furnished. No complaints; we would return in a heartbeat. Thank you, Tia!
