PUKEKO is a lovely 2 storey holiday home that accommodates up to 10 guests, ideal for 2 families and only a short walk to the beach!

UPSTAIRS:
Open plan kitchen with large fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, large oven/stove stop, Breville coffee machine (BYO ground coffee or beans), UE Boom speaker, air fryer, rice cooker, smart TV, reverse cycle split system air-conditioner, 6 seater dining table, lounge with 2 and 3 seater lounge.

Sliding doors off lounge area leads onto a large undercover balcony with outdoor setting, gas heater, sea glimpses.

2 bedrooms both with ceiling fans, bathroom with vanity, bath, walk in shower, separate w/c.

DOWNSTAIRS:
Open plan kitchenette with Samsung 415L fridge/freezer, no oven, portable stove top, microwave, kettle, toaster, Delonghi coffee machine (BYO ground coffee), 6 seater dining set, reverse cycle split system air-conditioner, lounge with 2 and 3 seater lounge, large smart TV.

3 bedrooms all with ceiling fans, bathroom with vanity, walk in shower and w/c.

Large shed with hooded BBQ, extra fridge/freezer, table tennis table, dart board, front loading washer/dryer.

Back yard with small undercover paved area with outdoor setting, portable fire pit, clothesline, outdoor shower - cold water only, fish cleaning facility.

Plenty of room for cars and boats.

Bed configuration - UPSTAIRS - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - 2 x single beds, DOWNSTAIRS - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - 2 x single beds.
There is a portacot and high chair available at the property, you will need to let the office staff know if you require them.

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Port Moorowie is a small seaside settlement with a beautiful beach and only a short drive to Yorketown.

Great place to stay

Pukeko - is an affordable good quality place to stay, very comfortable. Very well set up for a couple of families where you can come together but also have some privacy, with the separation of the two floors.

Great getaway

The house was well set up for 2 family’s to share yet still have space of their own to retreat too. The views were lovely and the night sky spectacular.
