Why they chose this property
Upon arrival, don’t be fooled by the exterior of the building which dates back and requires an uplift, as your cosy oasis awaits for you on the third floor. It is recently renovated and includes a spacious living area with a balcony overlooking the Parliament House, a comfortable bedroom with a separate balcony overlooking a lush green garden and a cosy kitchen.
The apartment is located in the most famous area of the Buda Side - Rózsadomb/Rosehill in District II. The neighbourhood is known for its luxurious and fashionable lifestyle thanks to its beautiful houses, cosy alleys, and panoramic views. A quiet and peaceful area so can enjoy sipping on your morning coffee from the balcony or living room, as you admire the spectacular view of Budapest’s most famous attraction, the Parliament House.
Popular cafés, bakeries, restaurants, and nightlife are just a stone’s throw away. Located within easy walking distance, about 10 minutes, to the frequent and reliable number 4/6 tramline, which takes you across the river to the Pest side and to many of the city’s key attractions.
