Everything about this property was fantastic…from the initial conversation with the owner to the end of our stay. The property is in a great location to visit all of Budapest very easily and conveniently with a few transportation options right outside. What stole the show for us was the amazing view from the balcony. Priceless for sure! Apartment is also surrounded by great coffee shops, wine shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Property managers, Niki and Laura, will go out of their ways to make your stay wonderful. 100% recommend!

Absolutely fantastic

The apartment did indeed have an amazing and unobstructed view of the Danube. It was half a block away from Tram stations so that made it very easy to get around. The apartment was equipped and the hosts left us with water, creamers for coffee, a healthy supply of coffee pods and even a bottle of white wine.

Great place to stay!

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience! The apartment is in a great location and very convenient for walking. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we could possibly need. And the view - the view was AMAZING. We loved spending our mornings and evenings on the balcony. If we found ourselves in Budapest again, for sure would stay here!

Fabulous Apartment in a great location

The property is stunning with high ceiling in a traditional block. It is beautifully presented and immaculately clean. The location was perfect to explore the city with stunning views to enjoy with a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. If we return to the city we would definitely stay here and we will recommend to our friends.

Fantastic all around- amazing view of the city, especially magical with evening lights; modern comfortable furnishings with upscale appliances, fabulous location for walking, trams etc, The whole process was smooth from booking to checkout. And there was a decent elevator- not a one person cage! Grab this apartment if it is available!

A sensational place to be in Budapest

Incredible View in Budapest

Everything about this apartment was perfect; the location, the view, the furnishings and the "welcome" bottle of wine, juice and water left for us. The fantastic property manager (Mitya) even walked me to the nearest grocery store after our arrival, and the owner (Vincent) came to check us out in person the last day to make sure everything had gone well and arrange for transportation to the airport. They could not have been more kind and accommodating and we will definitely stay here again if we return. Thank you for making our stay a wonderful experience.

Long weekend break - Christmas gift hubby!

Great apartment minutes away from the parliament building. Lovely view from the balcony over the Danube. Super clean and well equipped.Brilliant communication from Vincent. Check in and check out super easy. Would highly recommend. We enjoyed a fantastic Segway tour and using the e-scooters. The trams were really easy to use too. Loved Budapest!

Amazing property with an unreal view!

Vincent was an incredible host from the moment we arrived in Budapest. Communication was prompt and professional. We arrived late and he arranged someone to meet us at the apartment to ease the check in process. The apartment itself is modern and stunning. Beautiful Budapest

The apartment was wonderful. It had all the amenities offered and perfectly met our needs. The location could not have been better with easy access to public transportation at the front door. Restaurants and shopping were a few steps away. The host Vincent was wonderful to work with and Blanca made the check in and check out process seamless, fast and simple. This was our 4th stay in this fabulous apartment (see previous reviews). We had a lovely Christmas staying here, visiting our ballet dancer son. The Christmas tree was a lovely touch. We visit about 5 times a year from the UK and I already have 3 more bookings this year in one of Vincent’s apartments. It’s a great place to stay in the Winter as the apartment and duvets are so warm. We will never tire of the amazing view from the bedroom/balcony. I almost didn’t write a review as I want to keep it a secret. Thank you to Vincent and the BBLA team.

Exceptional apartment, location, and rental experience

This is a great property to explore Budapest from. We spent a week here, using the terrace and kitchen extensively. The view is even more dramatic than photos suggest, and the kitchen really well supplied with quality cookware and appliances. It made meal prep fun. As other reviewers say, good stores and transportation nearby and really clean. Vincent was a great host, very communicative and principled about providing a quality experience all the way around. He provided a 40+ hard back page guide book how everything works in the apartment as well as getting around the city and restaurants to try, etc. The guide book was golden … as was our stay. Undeniably 5 Stars!

Amazing Stay!

From the initial communication with Vincent to our departure and checkout with Niki, everything about this stay was excellent!I began communicating a few months ago with Vincent about the details of the booking and he was always very responsive and helpful. I really appreciated all the insight and help.The apartment is more wonderful than the description or pictures show, if that's even possible. The view of the Danube and Fisherman's Bastion is stunning, especially at sunset and after dark.The location was perfect for what we needed. We were able to walk from the train station. We purchased a transportation pass for 6.50 and were able to easily reach every destination we wanted.Additional key points: the bathrooms have heated floors! and heated towel racks :-) And, there is a washing machine/dryer in one! We did not use it, but had no idea these existed.We checked out very early in the morning (5 a.m.) and Niki met us at the apartment with a taxi driver to take us to the airport.Honestly, could not have asked for a more beautiful place in a perfect location with the best host.

Fabulous stay as always

I have now lost count at how many times we have stayed in Vincent’s apartment. Please see my previous reviews. It is our home away from home when we visit our son in Budapest. My father stayed with us for a week of our 2 week stay in the single bedroom and conveniently had his own shower room. We prefer to stay here as just a couple as the wonderful view and balcony are off the master bedroom. We appreciated the balcony on sunny days and the lovely warm apartment when it was cold outside. We already have this apartment and Vincent’s bigger apartment booked for future stays. Groceries can be easily ordered online and delivered and there are plenty of shops/restaurants within walking/tram distance. We make good use of Travel cards from this location to get anywhere in Budapest. Thank you Vincent, Berni, Blanka and team for your kind service and promptly fixing the blind during our stay.

Our lovely 4 night stay in Budapest

Before booking this apartment I was concerned as my son would be 8 months old at the time of the holiday. An email to the property owner Vincent and within a couple of replies my mind was completely at rest. Not only would there be a travel cot available and already assembled but a high chair too. The apartment itself is a very small walk away from both the Hungarian parliament building and the shoes on the Danube. The apartment itself overlooks the Danube and in the distance you can see all of the major landmarks on the Budacastle side. At night this view becomes even more spectacular. In the morning we would get breakfast from an amazing little cafe North of the apartment called Bubo and that would set us up for the day. Overall I don’t think the you could get a better place to start off your Budapest adventure, to the north you have Margaret Island Lumin Park (amazing at night for young children) to the East you have Heroes Square and the museums, to the South you have the Hungarian Parliament building and St Stephen’s Basillica and to the West you have Buda Castle and Fisherman’s Bastion just over the river. Prior to going if you’re going with small children I’d recommend everyone to download the Taxi app Bolt. It’s an amazing app and taxis are all over Budapest the longest ever wait we had was 6 mins and if you fancy eating in one night the food app Wolt is brilliant.
