This newly remodeled unit is bright and modern, and perfectly located just a short walk from everything - Tybee Beach, Tybee Pier and Pavilion, the Marine Science Center, the Back River Pier, shops and restaurants. This house can be rented as two separate units or as a whole house.
All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees). Reservations canceled within 15 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire rental amount, including all taxes, fees, and rental deposits.
