Beautiful historic district home recently renovated with bright open spaces and modern comfortable furnishings. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine on any of enormous decks and patios including the rooftop deck which features a 360 panoramic view across the entire south side of the island all the way out to the water.
This property features a gourmet kitchen with two enormous living spaces as well a ping pong table on the middle balcony.

All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees). Reservations canceled within 15 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire rental amount, including all taxes, fees, and rental deposits.

Great location, awesome accommodations and very homey.

We had a small family reunion for the Savannah St. Patrick’s Day parade and really enjoyed the comforts of the home and the location to great restaurants and bars.

Great time!

This house was big enough for all of us! Loved the screen porch along with the views from the rooftop. The walk to the beach was about 2 minutes in any direction. Would stay here again.

Love the location. Beautiful home. Perfect layout with two areas to hang out. Clean! Will rent again. Could use a few more updated amenities. But it is a 5star!
