THis was a great house with a well stocked pantry of spoces and extras. The dishware and cooking supplies were in good shape. All of the beds were comfortable and everything was very cleam. Any questions or concerns that we had were answered immediately. Because of the holidays, the trash schedule was a little off so they brought us an extra trashcan. I would recommend this house for anyone!

Great House in Lago Vista!

Our son got married at the Villa Antonia wedding venue and this was the perfect place to stay for our family and two dogs. Spacious, clean, fun and everything you need for getting dressed for a wedding or just a relaxing stay. The host was perfect! We will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Stay for Family

We were in town for a family wedding and had a great time staying at our Lago Vista rental. The house is beautiful with comfortable furniture, tasteful decor and a game room for the teens! The kitchen is nicely outfitted with everything you will need. We would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect escape!

This property was the perfect place to relax and enjoy time with family and friends! It seriously had all we needed - didn’t even need to leave the home and actually wished we spent more time at the house. Game room was such a great addition and fun for all ages! Super responsive owner as well - will be back!

My grown children and 5 grandchildren and I met in Austin for some wonderful together time. The house had a perfect flow with open concept floorplan, spacious and airy with plenty of large windows and a stunning view both from inside as well as on the spacous deck! Well stocked

The house location is stunning! The view was gorgeous along with the house. Very clean, well maintained and very easy communication throughout stay with local contact. Only disappointment was that the hot tub is not a normal hot tub, it's more like a jet tub that we had to fill on our own

Loved the layout of the house. Clean look to decor - no clutter. Beautiful views. Access to swimming pool and to fitness center were a big hit. Property managers were immediately responsive to questions and concerns. Inter generational family wants to stay at this property again.

Taking a family shower

We came to enjoy time together with our adult family pre-wedding style! This home showcases the beautiful view of Lago Vista scenery while offering time to recharge in a quiet and serene landscape after busy days traveling to Austin, San Antonio, etc. This home is lovely on two floors with stunning views from the decks and large windows. It is not stocked with a large number of kitchen supplies, however the layout and amenities of this home more than make up for it!

Very Enjoyable

This property had something for everyone in our party, from a designated game room with pool table and shuffle board, to a spacious yard. Open concept living room, dining room, kitchen area, had more than enough seating for our family of eight. The kitchen was stocked with everything imaginable. Bathrooms had all toiletries needed. The views from the balcony were great. The communication with our host was great. Tiffany was prompt to respond and solve a couple minor issues we had. We had a wonderful time and will definitely consider staying there again.

WEEKEND IN LAGO VISTA

WOW! What do you say about such a beautiful place-- The view is breathtaking, the layout is wonderful for families, and the kitchen and bar are very spacious. The home is new and has lots of windows. The game room is a lot of fun and is air conditioned. It was a great hang out place for all of us. The fenced in yard is great for toddlers to run around. They responded quickly to any needs we had and even extended our check out time. WE WILL BE BACK!

Thanks so much for a wonderful experience! Our family had a great mini reunion/celebration in this fun Lago Vista home! The hosts have thought of every detail to make the stay special, comfortable and easy! The beds are super cozy, the kitchen is stocked, bathrooms are clean and nice, the game room keeps kids (and adults) occupied for hours and the backyard and outdoor tub make the home extra cool. There are amazing views of the sunset from the living room and upstairs deck/balcony. There is tons of storage space and beds for all. The house is brand new, so clean and has a great A/C! Lake, pool and park access come with this rental—though you really don’t even have to leave the house for an amazing time. Communication with the hosts and Evolve was seamless. We will be back for sure!

Would like to give better rating but unfortunately the house flooded

This is a cute house with an amazing game room. That was a good thing since we couldn’t do anything outside - it rained heavily for three days and wasn’t letting up. This is not the owners fault, but we had to leave one day early due to flooding in the house . Our clothes and belongings were getting wet. In addition some roads were closing around the lake area and we were concerned we would not be able to leave if we stayed another day. The home across the street had its front yard washed away. We stuck it out for two nights, but had to leave one day early with this turn of events. We asked for our money back for one night (the night we couldn’t stay) and there was no response to this request.

Definitely Coming Back

We reserved this vacation home for my family, 6 people total and our dog. It was a perfect fit. The game room had activities for everyone and it was a place we always went back to. The views are amazing from inside and outside of the home. The house was extremely clean and well kept and we absolutely loved the interior decor. The renters thought of everything we would need from all the kitchen amenities, having enough towels, and even a welcome basket. The entire family appreciated the attention to detail to every aspect of this house, even the doggy poop pick up station in the backyard. We could watch the sunset every day of our stay. The house is up in the hills and it has a vacation home feel with enough distance away from neighbors but still in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. We were all very comfortable and we didn't want to leave. We even asked for an additional day but the house was already rented. If available, this will be our go to place.
